OMG!! The postal Gods have shined on me! My tankless water heater quit a week after and exchange student showed up, school and soccer started. And we are getting killed by a humid heat wave. I ordered my replacement the weekend before. 9/7/15 off Ebay from a Fla seller that offered fast shipping. Estimated 9/11/15. It landed here, Opa-Locka Tues 9/7 AM and pretty much stopped. Panicking, Tonight 9/10, I googled 'mail times and this and the 2 zip codes'. First thing I saw was this! The panic, the horror, the lack of a shower, the heat wave, the long labor day weekend and now this!!!

But, just now, @ 11:30PM 9/10 I refreshed the tracking #, hoping to see movement. It arrived in Buffalo!! Won't likely make it to me 9/11 but it will be in town. The Postal Gods Did Shine On Me! Thank You very much!! Felt it was only fair to share the good news.

the phone number is always busy there, no way to talk with a person on the 800 number, they are now controlling for the 0 trick, filed a delivery claim but even their EMAIL system was not working. USPS sucks

Absolutely terrible. My business is based in Pennsylvania, and my parts distributor is based in Florida. They usually ship their parts via USPS and it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. That was Friday, August 7th that it left. It FINALLY got to this sorting facility on Tuesday, August 11th. It's August 14th and still no updates at all. The ABSOLUTE EARLIEST it will arrive is Tuesday, August 18th. 11 days. It might not sound as bad as it is, so allow me to clarify. I AM A BUSINESS. I have 5 iPhones that are ready to be sold but must be repaired with these parts first. I've lost at least two sales, and my entire business is on halt because of this issue. Their laziness has stopped my business for over a week and counting. This is getting ridiculous. And even if it DOES arrive at the earliest possible time, August 18th, my business will have been halted for almost 11 days. I could have survived the day or two until the next order came. I am used to that. But I am COMPLETELY OUT OF STOCK. COMPLETELY. I can't continue to have these issues. Let alone have to worry about it being stolen!

Okay at first I was REALLY Worried about my package being stolen Or Lost I ordered an IPhone in after reading all these Reviews I thought to myself In said "I'm not getting My IPhone" :( After 3 Long days of No Status Update From this Postal office. It Updated in left out of that Thieving Post office! Now I get to Receive MY Package first thing in the morning

I tried calling this post office for weeks for my package that was supposed to be there and still haven't gotten any information on my package as yet.

a package that is supposed to take a day to deliver has taken a week,., extremely upset....!!!!

Very slow. Not very pleased overall.

This post office location is extremely horrible ! The workers are unprofessional! 99.9% of the reviews listed about this specific location are correct! I would not recommend this place for anyone who have mail or package priorities!

Package arrived at Opa Locka facility on June 9 and now, three days later, there are no further tracking updates and when I called I was denied customer service by the automated system...as these other reviews say, this place is worthless!

I still don't have my pkg..my order left it's origin within haours of being placed...and my 3 day priority pkg had spent 3 days at this location and departed twice. ...I only gave one star because it made me. ..I wouldn't give it a star at all. ...this location needs to be shut down and restructured.

Echoing the other reviews, I unfortunately have had the displeasure of two packages that sat in Opa Locka for four days before being sent to the next location. My packages (contact lens boxes) were small, lightweight, and should've been moved along in a swift manner without any issue. Being that it was an item I NEED, I am even more angry at their terrible service!

I guess I was lucky. My package arrived at this location June 1 @9am. After being worried my package wasn't moving within hours of being at this location, I did a swift Google search and came across this website and boy did it scare me. I thought my package was going to get lost -- or worst: stolen. I was hoping so bad that it didn't or wouldn't. The next day I get notifications from USPS that my item had moved to the next location . Thank God!



3/5 stars because despite all that, they did sit on my package for 15 hours (and yes I counted) before it departed. That is unacceptable.

My priority mail package "Arrived at USPS Facility 2015-05-18, 00:05:00, OPA LOCKA, FL 33054" . And it's still there today, June 1st! I can not reach anybody there by phone, it is always busy signal. So I opened lost package case and somehow the complaint went to a NY post office. AM I CRASY???! Or there is NOBODY IN CHARGE OF THE USPS?

I'm never buying anything from Florida again. 2 day priority package came after expeditid one from china.

I have been on the phone for an hr. I just want to speak to a person.

My package said it left your facility Thursday night and I still haven't receive it. I called all day and it's been busy. I hope you plan on paying me back my money if I don't receive my package at least by next week!

Packages SIT in this facility for a MINIMUM of 4 days before they go anywhere. That's ridiculous. There are plenty of small-town facilities who process their packages in a timely manner. When is the USPS going to do something about this? It's unacceptable for a domestic package to sit anywhere for 4 days.
