I am very upset with this horrible location. They have the item i sent to my buyer since the 3rd when it should have been to the location on the 4th. They dont answer and my local office is not having any luck getting ahold of them.It is now the 11th and still nothing. I have had a unreceived item case via ebay opened against me cause of this terrible place. Someone really needs to do something about this location. Very terrible :(

horrible service from this post office. My merchandise has been sitting at this post office since Oct 31st 2014 with no updates to tracking number. Expected date of delivery was Nov 1st 2014. The current date is Nov 6th 2014. I gave them one star because I could not give them zero stars.

sent my package, was supposed to arrive at the location 10/24/2014.. its still there and the person at the post office in NJ has tried to reach out to them multiple times, and even THEY can't get someone to answer the phone and explain what is going on

what's going on with this post office??? my package it's stuck there for 7 days already. I don't understand why they even deliver it thru that post office. And, of course, the phone nb they have listed doesnt even work! Shut this place down please

I recently sold something on ebay. I shipped it out on October 21, 2014. It arrived at Opa Locka on October 23. Out for delivery on the 24th. I just received a message from the buyer telling me it was never receieved and now i'm going to have to pay her back if this is not corrected. It is now October 31, 2014. Bullsh*t!

My package been there since Oct 21 The priority package was to be delivered on Oct 23

My package has been all around Florida since around the 16th of October and was to be delivered by 10/20/14. Guess what, item is hung up at Opa Locka, no update and has been all over Fl and within 10 miles of my home. I believe it is the whole USPS system that sucks, try to contact all PO where item was to have been and they all act stupid. Guess what, if electronically entered, explain that. I might get my package by Christmas. The sender is in for a surprise, I an not going to accept the item. Hung up now in Opa Locka so who knows, maybe I won't even see it.

I can only repeat the same story as previous responders. This place is bankrupt!!!! SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING.

I've been waiting bor my 2-day priiority package for 4 days now and nobody knows where it is."BEST"!

My package have been with them since the 7th with 1day shipping it was suppose to be a birthday gift but since its the 14th now and no package looks like its not happening i talked to alot of ppl that keep giving me the run around but no one seems to no where my package is! Please shut them down so unprofessional

Sat at this sort facility for 2 days before it even moved this place is a joke it took 5 days to get my package I've gotten items quicker with just regular priority mail

Truly amazing I'm in Tavernier FL my paxkage arrives at it seems like the sorriest location it could land at. It's a hour and a half away from the destination here in Tavernier. I was dreaming off it arriving here around 1 to 2 pm at.latest. as I.sit here all day I'm hitting the tracking info button hourly throughout the day. Truly amazing a two day package that a company that puts great pride on their packages arriving on schedule that I could have rode up to the post office to pick it up. Even though I have done such a thing that I will be sitting here patiently.waiting to see if out arrives. I will be truly shocked if it arrives before lunch. As I sit here reading all the 1 star reviews. I'm thinking y in the hell Did my package have to end up at this.place. Please surprise me. I will change my rating. Sorry for this write-up just truly.saddened that I have to waste yet another day. Let's see off that changes. Hope u guys start ur route to the bottom off the keys then travel upward. I will even give u a TIP !!!! ;) THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH. I STILL AM PUTTING FAITH WITH U. Let's change how the people tank ur postal service.

The worst!! They continue to do this. Don't tell people mail priority 1 or 2 day service take 5to 7 days to get to you!!

My package has been in Opal Locka since August 15.2014.Today is September 02.2014 and I still haven't received it. No one answers the phone I've left numerous voicemails and still no response. This is very distasteful for a post office. I will never use their service anymore id rather pay my money to UPS or FedEx.

I GUESS I GOT LUCKYY !!

I have not received my Priority Mail 1-Day package that was shipped on July 25th. The last day the usps online tracking was updated was July 26th. From all the other bad reviews here I guess there is no hope for me ever receiving my package :(

My package has been sitting here for a month! It got to this location on June 13 and now its July 5 and still at this post office. These people seriously suck at their job. I had to call customer service and open an investigation on them. Never have I waited this long to get something from USPS..ever. reading all the reviews something needs to be done!

Every one here is so disrespectful no one ever answers the phone and the sad part it's been like this for years, I can't believe no one does anything about it. Till then I'll avoid doing business with them even if it cost me more else where!
