I have a business that I unfortunately have to use USPS for my shipments! EVERY TIME that the packages are routed though this facility, they are LATE!!! EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!!! I HATE USPS!!! This facility has cost ME tons of money in refunds to customers. LAZY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!! (PS. the one star is FORCED!!!!)

My package has been here since Dec 1st... terrible... no response. No one from the facility has responded to USPS inquiry.

I am with Marie L. on that one its been 3 days my package arrived at this facility on Dec 15 2015 and has yet to leave it. worst experience I have ever had with a post office I tried to call them and all I got was an automated message. I gave it 1 star only because it wouldn't let me leave it at 0 and at the time of this review I have yet to recieve my package.

I'm not even giving this facility 1 star. ( I can't believe I Have to give them any star)

Looking at these reviews, I'd say this location has got to be holding the top award for the WORST service. I want my package!!!!!

where the hell is my package it has been sitting in your facility for 3 days now and hasn't moved and it's convenient that your phone# is disconnected. I finally got it today after numerous attempts of contact by myself and the two other PO's yesterday and it quickly got moved to where it was supposed to go. And my PO has no idea why my package was sent to this hole in the wall place it should have been here early last week but for some reason got rerouted to this place that kept it for 3 days and my box looked like it had been opened at some point and taped again but I don't know what all was sent and could possibly be missing but glad I finally got my package for my daughter from her grandmother.

maybe they are swamped ,but it would be nice to have some movement...hope for the best ,maybe it will get here by Christmas:)

I agree with everyone. My package has been sitting down there since Dec 2nd. I called the USPS and filed a compliant. They have given me a Case# and will get back too me within 42 to 72 hrs. They also told me to write to Washnington DC.

The more letters that are sent this place will closed down. I mailed my letter yesterday!

This is the worst postal service ever . My package has been sitting here since Nov.28th and and today is Dec.9th which makes 11 days .I'm only in Alabama Shipping should not take this long especially to go only one state over I will never order anything else that has to come through this facility .

Worst P O is S Fla. Its only Dec 5th. I mailed package on NOv 28th. Still sitting in this P O .

Priority Mail is not cheap. And this package was to be delivered in 2 days.

Wow! The only reason I know about this place is that I googled where my letter has been for nearly ten days!!!!! I figured there was some phone number or something. The lady said it can take up to ten days but this is insane!!! Send off the package already! I know around holidays it can get busy but NO WAY should it take this long! I am an ebay seller and I fear that the person would want to cancel the item and demand payment and I would lose money. This place sucks! I have never had any other issues with the postal service but sitting for days for no reason at all is ridiculous. I still sell on ebay but I MUST find another way to get items to my customers after this. No stars at all to give really but I must give at least one and it isn't even worthy of that.

I have medication sitting there since yesterday at 6:21 PM. Why does it have to sit there already more than 24 hours, after sitting for 8 days at customs at Jamaica NY. I’m sure the package has been over-scanned by now. Send the damn registered pkg. to the South FL P.O. it needs to go to for delivery. It will be a miracle if the USPS stays in business because of poor service, There are so many other companies to go through,

Certified register mail sitting at this so called facility since 11/18, no update online, tel no always busy at Opa Locka, toll free #, no option for a live person and today is 12/3! WTF.... Terrible service, shame on you USPS you take our money but fail to deliver or do anything at all with our mail!

My package has been sitting at the Opa Locka post office since November 27th (5 days just sitting there)...and there is no update on when it should be getting to me. I tried to call them to find out what's going on and like most of the other reviews also say, all I get is a busy tone and I have been trying all day. Ugh...so frustrated. :(

WOW I will always read reviews before I order stuff off ebay from now my package has been sitting at Opa Locka for 4 days with no updates always get a busy signal when i call just filed a complaint with the U.S Postal inspector hopefully this will help

Absolutely horrible! I don't write reviews but created a Yelp just to do so for this post office. EVERY TIME I have either sent or received a package that has went through this one, it has sat for a week or longer until moving on. I just don't understand. For now on, I will no longer order or ship to anyone in Florida bc of this. Don't bother calling bc you will just get the runaround.

Idk why, after a year their phone still doesn't work. Crazy. They don't scan packages on time, I don't see why abother team doesn't come in their, boot then all out, and maintain a place that is what an actual USPS origin place is suppose to be. How they get around for doing this futile routine for years on end, I don't think we'll ever know. But hopefully it ends soon, and someone can step up and grab these place by the... anyways, I hate to see businesses and customers suffer because of outside forces they cannot control. Rather sucks honestly

I'm another poor soul who's package is in the "Arrived at USPS Destination Facility" phase in Opa Locka. It's been 4 days with no updates, the phone line just has a busy tone, and USPS customer service has not gotten back to me. I am filing complaints on any platform I can find, especially after reading all of the others. I heard you have no chance of getting your package unless you raise hell. I am never ordering anything through USPS for the fear of my package going to Opa Locka.

I HATE OPA LOCKA, I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!!! There is no reason for someone to pay extra and can never receive their mail ON TIME!!!

This place is a hell-hole! If your package happens to be sent to this chithouse, don't expect it for another week. Had a package sent from California, tracked it to Opa-Locka, took three days to get there ..... and then it just vanished. Has been over a week with no movement. They need to fire everyone that works in this dump and hire competent employees, this is ridiculous.
