Terrible service, employees have terrible attitudes and the usps is not customer friendly, they lose your stuff and you file a claim and never hear back from them. Terrible agency.

My package arrived there on march 20, and since then it's stuck in the post office. I've expecting my order to be delivered at march 21 but it's been 6 days and no status update. I wonder if I'll ever receive my stuff. The office is about half an hour from the package destination, can't see why this office is so slow.

My package has been there for 3 days!! It says departed but I have not receive any updates....and the estimated delivery is wayyyyy overdue....I want/need my item...I barely could afford what I bought and now it's stuck and I don't know if I'm ever going to get it.....it's so frustrating..i'll give it a -0 for that star rating..

For the third time my item is stuck at this Post Office in OPA LOCKA, FL 33054. It just gets scanned there for 3 to 5 days then gets returned to the shipper. There are no sober employees at this post office.

TERRIBLE my package was supposed to arrive to customer in February 25th it's been stuck there over 5 days!!! LAST TIME I USE USPS P.O.S shipping!!!

My package has been sitting there for 7 days now!! Worst Post Office on record in Florida!! Whats the problem? Put the packages on the trucks and deliver them! Not a hard job!!

Package delayed and held here for unknown reasons, everyone else that reviewed this post office is right that this is the worst postal service in USA and I am not even from FLORIDA. Wow this sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

Without a doubt the USPS is the worst agency in the USA. BAR NONE!! In the annals of lazy, poor service, uncaring people the USPS is tops. They make the DMV look like eager zealots when it comes to customer service



But the Opa Locka Florida office takes the title as the worst. My package has been sitting there for 4 weeks!!! 4 weeks!!! Unfrickbelievable!!!! Worthless group of people.



And try calling them. Good luck. the fembot says to hold while they transfer you to someone and then disconnect you.



They should all be fired!!!!!!!!!!!

It is the worst possible service. It is not the first time my packages get stuck in there for several days.

This place is a black hole for packages. Without fail, if my package doesn't arrive on time, it's because it got stuck here.

Does anybody know if someone can actually drive there and pick up a package my package has been sitting there since jan 15 this is crazy they won't even answer your call it has a busy signal.

Something has happened to this facility. Every single piece of mail sent three day priority makes it from california and new york within a day or so, tben simply stays in opa loka for another week doing nothing. I can't believe the national guard hasn't been called in to help. They literally are holding mail hostage and you can not get a hold of anyone.

Does anyone have a good phone number for this post office? I am trying to get in touch with them on a package that was misrouted to their post office. Received a disconnect recording earlier in the week and now a busy signal today.

This sorting facility is a constant headache for my company. We are located in South Florida, so Opa Locka is unavoidable. I received a call from a customer who ordered on December 21, 2015 to state that he had not received his order. And not surprisingly, the item has been in Opa Locka since December 22. Today is January 14, 2016. No movement, no updates, nothing. This happens at least once per month. Totally unacceptable!

we ship over 350 packages a day and because we are in west palm beach they get routed to this facility.. 1 out 10 are at least 1-2 days late or not scanned as they go through... 1-500 are over 1 week delayed here, and 1- 1000 are just lost here and we have to claim insurance which is another story of length and suffering... someone fire the postmaster at this location and re hire all new staff... this has got to be the worst location in the USA... someone take responsibility for improving this location!!! its costing me $$$

My package made it from Elmhurst IL to Opa Lacha in four days and has been sitting there stagnant for four days. What a crock. I'd gladly pay extra, if any for UPS or FedEx in the future.

My package, for which I paid $$$ for priority shipping because I needed it soon, has been there for 2 weeks, as of today.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because my package got out of there the day after it got their and now my package will be at my house tommorrow.

Horrible. My package was sitting there for days and 2 days ago it says it departed. That post office is only 4 hours from me and I haven't received an update to where its at. Phone was busy all day and still haven't gotten through to anyone.

I struggled to even give them a single star. My package has been sitting at their facility for days now.
