Roto-Rooter came and did a great job of rebuilding our leaking toliet. Now there is no more waking up in the morning with a wet bathroom floor.

My shower knob stopped regulating water temp. Called Roto-Rooter for quicker service. They were very quick, however, the service man told me it would be $900.00. I told him no thank-you, and called another local plumber. Paid $125.00. How can there be that much of a difference in price???? Something is very wrong.

I had a back to back upstairs tub combo clog up 3 days before out of town guests were to arrive. I called Roto-Rooter and much to my surprise a plumber was on site within 45minutes. Luckily they sent a good one because he had to just sense where the downturn was. Finally he hit the target and repaired the system. Quick, efficient and pleasant describes the visit and I can even say it was money well spent. Thanks Marvin!

I called Roto Rooter with some hesitation .I read some reports. But I always remember their JINGLE from when I was growing up in the 70's.

Okay, yeah I'm showing my age, But It's TRUE!!



Rich thoroughly checked where the problem was coming from. Looked for acess to pipes. Basement..roof..street.....

It ended up he could clear the problem from the roof. He was very Knowledgeable, nice and professional. He took care of the situation with no problem.

All in all he turned a stressful situation into a.......

The plumber responded within an hour, was patient and conducted a cursory examination, found problem and corrected it, offered advice for future problems along with an explanation of the 6 month warranty, and asked for another plumber to stop by free of charge to provide advice regarding water damage.

The serviceman, James Ashley that came out was very professional and his customer service was excellent! I would definitely call and use roto-rooter again in the future thank you.

Our garbage disposal had been working on and off for quite some time and finally broke down and the piping underneath the sink had started to rot. Since I wasn't quite skilled to do these tasks, I called Roto-Rooter. Within an hour of my call, Halsey Dunton came and he did a great job. He knew exactly what was wrong, and more importantly, knew how to fix it. He installed the new garbage and also gave me some helpful tips. He was really quite a pleasure to have work for me as he was professional, efficient, funny, and very friendly.

John Winfield did a great job opening a severely blocked underground downspout drain. He persisted and cleared roots, mud and debris which must have been present for years. I strongly recommend his services.

Roto-Rooter was on time, professional and proficient. In and out in 30 minutes and knew exactly what the problem was within a few minutes.

Our kitchen sink has experienced slow drain on and off in the three years that we have lived in our house. Roto-Rooter did a terrific job on our bathroom shower drain about a year ago. A different plumbing company wanted to charge $600 to rip up the floor and replace our old pipes and even then wasn't sure if that would solve the problem. Plus we would have had to pay someone else to retile the floor so we passed and were delighted with Roto-Rooter's service and expertize. Now on this occassion I thought I was being smart by using so called &quot;safe for all pipes&quot; over the counter drain cleaners that you would find at Walmart. After two more days of no progress I finally called Roto-Rooter and they came out on Saturday. First we found out that the so called safe cleaners had melted the rubber around our disposal so that had to be replaced. Then all of the PVC was warped and that had to be replaced also. Jonathon took the time to show us exactly what was going on under the sink, was patient and professional. He needed to bring in a second man to help unclog the drain and so &quot;grandpa&quot; came to help. He pointed out the trap at the base of our main drain line, showed us approximately 40 years of buildup and found steel wool that had been shoved down the drain by previous owners. All in all the process took about three and a half hours, cost a little more than we initially expected but understood with the extra work, equipment and manpower. We felt like we got a deal and actually feel confident using our sink again. Finally they gave us a drain treatmnt to use each night for a week to help reduce remaiing grease and gunk. With confidence we can say that RR is the only plumber for us.

Chad did an excellent job of coming right over and cleanin out the main drain. He was very helpful with questions and how to keep my drians clean and made recomendations for future use. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend him ecspecially for anyone looking for a plumber.

When you see water coming out from under the kitchen it's scary. When your house is 102 years old it's even scarier!! After my initial scrambling in a panic to turn off the water I had to wade my way (pardon the pun) through website reviews not really knowing who to call. I'm very pleased I found roto-rooter plumbers.



They scored points for answering the phone, calming me down and then even calling to update me when the plumber was going to be 30 mins late. They were unable to complete the call on the first day as they had to remove some of the building structure but they made sure we had as much water as possible in the other parts of the house before leaving and let us know what we could/couldn't use.



The next day another technician arrived who was qualified to do structural and plumbing work. They followed the pipes through the basement and kitchen until they located the source of the leak. Not an easy task when the web of pipes had taken years to weave and didn't come with any user manuals. Despite this they were very efficient and we were very pleased with the quality of their work.



It was my birthday on the day of the leak and I wasn't expecting to be hanging out with Roto-Rooters but the leak was fixed and we got service with a smile.



We celebrated over a birthday dinner with a large glass of wine. Luckily their prices were reasonable so we were able to do that too :)

The thechnician was helpful and on time. Talked me through the issue as well as possible options to fixing the problem. Good experience overall

After a horrible day of trying to unplug stopped up toilets/showers with everything including a 50ft rented snake from Home Depot my husband and I decided to call a plumber. Looking in the phone book for someone to call is always nerve racking considering you don't want to choose some place that is going to charge you out the ying-yang!!! I gave a call to Roto-Rooter, after all their add was appealing. The woman on the phone assured me "Ed" would be calling me within the 1/2 hour. About 15 min. he called and asked a few questions and was able to somewhat diagnose our problem and give me an approx. estimate if it was what he thought. "Ed" came out and spoke with my husband about what he had already done. Within about 15 minutes, "Ed" had the problem fixed and the bill was exactly what he said it would be. "Ed" also gave us pertinent information about our old pipes and what to use to keep them running smoothly. He was an extremely pleasant guy and the services he provided were phenomenal. This is the first time we have ever had to call a plumber out and if we ever need them again we will definitely be contacting "Ed" with Roto-Rooter. Extremely pleasant experience!!!

Our bathroom facuet was broken, so we used the yellowpages to find a local plumber, We called roto-rooter, and they came out to out house on a sunday morning quickly to fix the problem. The plumber was very nice, did a good job and finished quickly. Overall roto-rooter did a very good job!

after a appointment rescheduled , no phone call to tell nobody will come, no review for the service for no service at all !!

Mike was on time and explained the issue and resolution steps. Answered all questions. I was very pleased with his professionalism and willingness to explain the issues. Great job and reasonably priced.

Jose showed up on time and was very helpful with technical ideas wtih respect to the kitchen faucet replacement. We had a great dialog going during the job and when he left we were on a first name basis....very professional.

My daughter and son-in-law used Roto-Rooter for a outside septic line problem last week. They were very pleased with the quality of service received. My problem was an indoor job, but there was no question who to call. Tyson and Mike arrived as scheduled on Monday morning, and did a wonderful job. My basement floor was dug up in the morning, the repair was made, and the floor was back in place by late afternoon. Great Job! Great Service!
