Jonathan has been to our house on several occasions. Everytime something goes wrong with the plumbing, we call and specially ask for Jonathan. He's the best! We trust him and Roto-Rooter in our home and would not think of calling anybody else for our plumbing emergencies. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and adaptable to accomodate our needs in whatever life is dealing us at the time. I highly recommend this company.

The Roto-Rooter plumber was professional and courteous when he came to my home. He listened to my problems and immediately gave me some options on how to fix them. I had 5 sinks that were all leaking, he showed me how to fix one of them so that I could save money and do the rest myself. He unclogged the shower drain, it did not take him that long. What I did not like was that the service fee for each job was a flat $140 and it only took him less than 30min. Most of the time he was there was filling out the paperwork and collecting the check. Expensive, but the job was well done.

I called Roto-Rooter after talking with no less than three other plumbers in the area that could not work me into their schedule until at least the following day. Roto-Rooter took my call, had a technician at my house within the hour who was knowledgable, fast, efficient, clean and professional. The work came in under estimate (how often does that happen!), and most importantly, it was done right with a guarantee. I will make them my first call if ever I have another plumbing need!

Josh from arrived at our house on schedule. He was very polite and went straight to work. He had our main line cleared in about 45 minutes. He even helped clean a majority of the "mess". He seemed very eager to be here and made some great recommendations for the future. It was nice having someone come to your house and explain that the issue you have is not major, and that a little routine maintenance will prevent Josh from visiting again.

The tecnichan's name was Tony, he new exactly what needed to be done and resolved our drain problem with expertise and excellent customer service..

"Roto-Rooter" is now my company to call and I would recommend them to all.

I set an appt. online. The plumber came and quickly unclogged 2 toilets. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I would call them again.

Roto Rooter came to fix my toilet 5 times without results. They charged me $227.40 on their 1st visit. They sent three different "plumbing repairmen" on five subsequent visits. One said he had 12 years experience and said he was the best they had. One was inept really doing nothing except talking to others on his phone and using a plunger. The last one said he was the one that "trained" all of their “plumbers”. He was also the one that had me sign the final work order after he hand wrote on it that stated their 7 day warranty was up and they would have to charge for further visits even though it was not fixed, and there was nothing more they could do. Two of the three told me there was something wrong with our diet that kept our toilet from flushing without plugging up. (I cannot repeat the words he actually used on here)

I finally called Bill Fenwick Plumbing to repair another new problem I was having, my water heater broke. I explained the problem I was having with my toilet and he quickly repaired it by replacing the flapper, as it was not staying open long enough for a complete flush. Total bill for one visit, fixing two problems, $121.00. (Compared to $227.40 from Roto Rooter not repairing anything)

I called Roto Rooter for a refund and I was referred to administration. I spoke with a Betty on 9/10 and faxed Bill Fenwick’s Plumbing bill which detailed their solution. She said “Scott”, the general manager, would return my call. I left messages on 9/14 and 9/16 since there was no answer. On 9/17, Barbara finally answered the phone and transferred me to Scott Jackson. A very curt, rude man asked what I wanted and I explained I wanted a return call to discuss a problem with his service and told him I was even more aggravated with the fact that I had to keep calling him. He informed me he had been in and out of his office all week and that he was a very busy man. He finally admitted Barbara had given him my fax and details of my problem. He then informed me that I was not due a refund because I did not call HIM personally, before calling Bill Fenwick, so he could have come out and fixed it personally. He finally agreed to refund half the charge. I am guessing he felt this was fair since he did a half-a** job.

I refused his offer, I am tired of getting ripped off by unscrupulous businessmen. I told him I expected a full refund, especially since he charged me over double of what his competitor charged. He said I could complain all I wanted and that he had been through this many times. He then wished me good luck with reporting his lack of work ethic, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I am not specifically endorsing Bill Fenwick Plumbing, however, I was naturally pleased with their results and especially their reasonable charges. I will gladly accept anyone’s calls, faxes or emails if you care for verification of anything within.

Came out immediately and fixed my problem.



My house had a pool of kitchen drain pipe water. He immediately recognized that the drain pipe coupling was detached. For about 10 minutes of work and $195 later it was fixed. Compared to Stephens who would not even go into the crawl space because of the water and gave me an story about old houses.



Very impressed with the quick response and professionalism. The rate seemed really high for the simple work but I was happy I did not have to crawl under the house.

We were getting a second opinion from Roto-Rooter regarding pipe maintenance and catch basin maintenance since we experienced flooding from the last big storm. The specialist arrived promptly on time and walked me through the house explaining how the pipes are linked and how and what needed maintenance. The first company quoted around $900 of work and Roto-Rooter ran tests and explained thoroughly their findings and we didn't need any maintenance at this time. I appreciate the honesty. Thanks.

Took off work to be home at 4pm to meet with plumber. No one was here. I called to confrim appointment and the lady said they would be there by 6pm. At 6:15, they called and said it would be only 15 more minutes. At 7:30, they called and said that they would like to reschedule for the next day. I refused stating that I had already taken off work. They said that they could come that night but couldn't give me an exact time.....I told them that if they couldn't provide an exact time and keep to it then I wouldn't give them my business. I will be looking for a different service provider. This company is totally unreliable.

The service was good and very fast. They are not cheap but did a good job.

had a problem with the water pipe leaking after i tried to fix it. i called the rotor rooter service. They came out fast within 15mins. and fixed the problem. Other than fixing it. They showed me what i did wrong and teached me.

I have been a roto-rooter customer for 10 years and have always been happy with their service. They have always been ver profesional and helpful but Sunday Sept 12th my main line backed up and I called them out. They arrieved in less than an hour and the first thing out of Don's (d2310) mouth was that I needed my whole line replaced. This was before he ran anything then he told me that my sewer line ran under a 200 year old tree in my front yard. I assured him that the tree was there before my house and I am sure they did not dig under the tree to run a line. After about 2 hours and several phone calls to someone and pulling up my toilets he fin ally ran my line and found no large roots. My origional quote was 360.00 and when he left my bill was 490.07. I am not a happy camper and will never let Don in my house again.

Oh and he left such a mess I had to use comet to clean my bathroom floors!

On Friday 9-10-2010 my sewer backed up at 5:30 PM and I called Roto- Rooter. I was sure glad they were there when I needed them. Tim Lang----Invoice Number------22193

The plumber Curtis was at our house in less than half an hour. He worked hard, finished quickly and charged us a more than fair price. He even hauled away our old dishwasher at no expense. We will never call another plumbing service ever.

They did a great job! Took less than an hour. Fixed the problem.

ROTO-ROOTER service technicians have performed work for me on several occasions. Their service technician have always been professional and performed their tasks with a pleasant personality. They try not to leave a mess behind, when the job is completed. ROTO-ROOTER’s wide variety of plumbing related services has always met my needs. From one of my past experiences, ROTO-ROOTER’s prices for their services are lower than the prices of a competitor with a similar name. I had called their competitor by mistake.

we made appointment that a technician will be coming about 5 to 7 pm to fix the leaking water supply to our fridge. at 6 p.m. somebody called that the technician will be late and we agreed to another timeframe between 6-8 pm. at 8:20 still nobody came i called to inquire what happened, excuses about the traffic and somekind of emergency...at 9:40 somebody called that a technician is on his way... i can say this is not the way to do business, one should be reliable. i actually picked from the list this said company cause there were good reviews, how DISAPPOINTING!!!

one thing for sure, will not even consider this company again for any plumbing needs...very unreliable.
