I want to express how very satisfied we are with our new pool that Premier Pools built for us. It truly is a beautiful addition to our property and is a joy to look at. The pool has totally changed the feeling we have when we open our windows and see our tropical paradise in our own backyard. The quality of construction that Premier uses in the building of their pools is the MAIN reason we went with this company. As with any construction project there were a few problems along the way, but they handled them in a very professional way and went the EXTRA mile to make sure that we were satisfied. A customer can't ask for anything more. I would recommend Premier Pools to any family or friend if they really want a quality pool.

I had my pool retiled and replastered, and they did a great job. The crews were skilled and courteous, completed all stages timely and kept me informed at all times. The presale estimate was spot on, and there were no surprises! That is a great thing to experience in this type of project, especially with pools where something can go wrong with the weather, ground conditions, etc. I do not like to rate 5 stars unless I have the needed experience to justify, but I contacted others on the supplied reference list (that happened to include someone I knew!) and got great reviews. If you need the work done, Premier did a great job for me.

This is our first pool purchasing experience, so after hours of HGTV, Pinterest, and YouTube, and referrals from our many coworkers who have worked with Premier on their pools and renovations, we decided to take the plunge and contact Premier Pools & Spas. Stefen came out for our first consultation and he was so courteous, professional, and transparent about the pros and cons of different features we were looking for. He thoroughly explained the details, costs, and time lines for our project and we felt very comfortable working with him. Our neighbor was very happy with PPS so he recommended the company to us. We saw his beautiful pool and yard so we followed his recommendation. Boy! We are very happy that we pick this company... From the boss, Keith, to the sale rep, Stefan, the project manager, Christ and the crew... They are amazing! They try to please you and make sure you are happy... We are very thankful to our sales rep., Stefan...He's very responsive and available almost at any time and throughout the whole project (and even after the pool was done.). Emails, textings, phone calls.... he have answered them all. There are a few misunderstanding at the beginning but the whole team made sure that the misunderstandings were clear... Customer satisfaction seems to be very important to them... Anyhow the project is done and we are very happy so far... If you want to start your pool make sure you ask for Stefan... (and see if you can also get Chris for your project manager.)
