Premier pools finished our pool in 7 1/2 weeks. The process was super simple and fast. We had seen poor reviews on yelp and had our concerns. Ryan (our contact) showed us other reviews and we decided to take the leap and hope for the best. I'm happy we did. There was always someone available to answer questions. Everyone we worked with was polite, timely, and efficient. They operate like a machine and have the process down to a well functioning process.

Some things I learned with big projects are 1) Always research the company your thinking of doing business with, such as online reviews 2) Verify their contractors license online 3) Always anticipate some delays, especially on big complex projects 4) Always ensure your payment schedule leaves them an incentive to keep things moving along ..... I think Premier Pools fulfilled all 4 of these things! The final result is an awesome looking highly upgraded pool and one happy customer that loves to show it off!

I had a great experience with Premier Pools and Spas! They designed and built our dream pool. I was able to get lots of referrals from other customers and that's one of the things that sold me on their company. They weren't the lowest price when we were taking estimates, but they offered the most bang for the buck and they had the best warranty. They finished the pool weeks early and we even had them do some extra hardscape. They have stood behind their warranty and have treated us really well since the moment we decided to do business with them. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I priced our pool project with a few different companies. We ended up going with Premier Pools and Spas because they were excellent at listening to our suggestions and making changes to the first proposal that absolutely met our expectations (both on design and price). We had a fairly complicated project that included the pool, spa, waterfall and slide, as well as upgrades to better lighting and pebble-tech interior lining. Aaron was great to work with and was very responsive to our questions and concerns during a lengthy 4 month process. Highly recommended.

After spending a year gathering over 6 pool bids, we finally pulled the trigger and went with Premier. They beat all our other bids and even included some upgraded equipment. The process was exactly to schedule. Communication was clear and I was always informed of who would be working at my house and their time of arrival. Our designer/ sales guy, Ryan was great. He did not try to push us into extras that we did not want. He was honest and patient with us when we wanted to change a few things last minute. Our construction manager, Erik was great and answered every question quickly. I highly recommend!

When we decided to finally build our pool we shopped around with 5 different pool companies, all highly recommended by co-workers. We met with Alan Browne from Premier Ontario and we liked him instantly. He worked with us in terms of design and budget--was very knowledgeable and professional, prompt and reliable. We decided to go with Premier after meeting with the other 4, to be honest Premier's bid was 2k more than the other but because of the professionalism and reliability Alan showed we decided to go with them. Best decision ever!

I got a new pump and heater installed on a Friday and my tile cleaned on a Saturday. Outstanding workmanship and service!!! Premier Pools is the Cadillac of Pool Companies!!

Your pool is more important to you than the hundred or so pools Premier is building at the same time as your project. However, volume means a lower price for you, so you have to consider the high level of coordination necessary for all their projects to move forward efficiently, which means some glitches occur along the way. In my opinion looking back, we experienced minor delays and inconveniences. Our pool and its equipment have functioned properly all year long and we have thoroughly enjoyed the design and quality of their work. Premier's vast experience and volume of successful projects far outweighs the negative comments I have read. Yes, you can also talk with the big boss if you are unhappy. We found him very reasonable to interact with. If you are thinking of having a pool built, shop around and study the review comments as we did, but don't dwell too much on the negativity. We're glad we chose Premiere

Overall we love the way out pool came out. Pat did a fabulous job designing a pool that fit our needs and our design aesthetic. The sales process was very smooth and any questions were quickly answered. The only thing I would change would be the communication on when certain things were to be done so we knew when people were going to be in our backyard and when payment would be needed. The online tracker is great but instead of saying something has been scheduled, maybe put the date so we're not guessing when it would be complete. There were some delays with the concrete subcontractor which pushed our completion date out 2 weeks but Premier did what they could to move it along. I'm still giving them a 5 cause our pool looks amazing and that's what really counts.

The owner called to see how the pool was doing and if we had any issues. We have 2 and he told us that he would have someone out the next day(Saturday), but we are having guest over so he will have repairs done on the next business day on Monday and our other issue resolved on Tuesday. We are happy with our pool and how responsive he was.

My wife and I bought our home in November 2014, and we new we wanted to add a pool. We called several company and got lots of quotes. After 2 months we finally made out choice and we went with Premier Pools. With the help of Norbert, he was able to show us how our backyard could look like. After approving all design and picking out stone and tile, Premier was able to begin. Kevin was our super on this job and he was on top of things from the start. Not only did our pool get built in 5 weeks, but there was not one problem that i have to take care of, from calling for inspection and the contractors that they used.
Premier Pool did a great job and i am so happy that i picked them as my pool company. now my family is enjoying the pool everyday and we are looking forward to having our first pool party.

If you are a pool owner this is the best way to stay updated with pool news, new and improved methods and products. If you are a future pool owner you can follow and become well informed about pools before you dive in and gather ideas and concepts for your future project.

Why look anywhere else???? First words WOW! They were the 2nd pool company I called & 4th landscape design. I had given myself 6 month to interview & research but I am done. The owner is amazing. Arrived on time, confirmed before (former 3 were either late or I had to confirm with them ). They covered every detail! The design & options were clearly detailed out. The show room was impressive. No hard sell at all- all the options are there to choose. This is how business is done!

We just finished our pool. We could not be happier. They are wonderful to work with. We didn't run in to any problems. If there ever was a problem, they stood behind it and took care of it. All of their team was wonderful to work with and the end result is beautiful!

We appreciate Premier Pools ability to work with us on changes we made. The tile people were wonderful and very accommodating.

Everyone we came in contact during construction was respectful and helpful. They did a great job and continue to provide us with outstanding service over 2 years later. Not that we've had many problems (equipment/not their fault) but depending on the issue we've had to wait a week for an appointment. Not a big deal. We are super thrilled with our experience.
