We recently had our first pool built and, after meeting with several companies, chose to work with Premier Pools. Our consultant, Obie Miller, worked patiently with us to design a pool that met our expectations and stayed within a modest budget. The construction of the pool was completed in a timely manner and we received plenty of communication each step of the way. The finished product has left us with no regrets. Our pool is a feature that our family will enjoy for years to come.

Building our pool was smooth from start to finish! The design process was easy and the construction crew communicated daily who was going to be on site. We love our pool!!

Premier did an excellent job building us the pool and spa of our dreams. From the initial appointment all the way to the final inspection, Premier was on top of it. Our pool was completed in 5 weeks, at a price that was very reasonable compared to several other quotes we got. I also felt like we got more for our money by going with Premier. We got the high end finishes and options that we wanted, without having to sacrifice anything. Everyone we interacted with was professional, respectful, and responsive. Anytime I had a question or request, it was quickly answered and taken care of. Premier is a master in this business, they've got the entire process down perfectly. Premier designed and installed a spool for me 1.5 years back. It is awesome and Aaron the owner worked with me through the process with great results. More important is that their support since has been top notch. Any questions or issues are handled promptly and they always follow through.There a five star service company!

They don't just build the pool and leave - they even sent this guy Joey and another guy out to show me how clean and operate the pool. Two other neighbors also had Premier put pools in this year and had good experiences.

We got a 30x15 foot custom pool with cabo shelf, pebble sheen finish, solar heating and 3 waterfalls. They also put in a gas fire pit and stamped concrete decking. The rock back wall, columns and rock fire pit are like you see in a magazine.GreatCost, Quality material, Friendly Professional Staff, Crews were flexible and worked with us to get end result we wanted. Have a lot of experience with handicap lift and railing installations.

All said and done we are happy with our pool it is beautiful but not in love with the decking. The concrete would look better had it been colored in the truck and not just dusted with color. With that being said I would do it again! Thank you Keith

Ok. Here we go. I've hired Premier to complete my swimming pool. Rather than yelp about positive or negative events after the install I'd rather yelp about the step by step as we go. (a series) this gives readers a real time feel from a real install. Jason from Premier was quick to respond. Quickly made an appointment. Arrived on time. Was very personable. Was knowledgable. Was attentive to my needs and offered suggestions. Quickly provided a detailed quote. Personally sat down with me and explained the 6k difference in price. I'll keep everyone posted on the good or bad with progression posts as we proceed. So excited. So far premier gets 5 stars. UPDATE: 1/2 way complete and we're still on schedule and everything has been smooth.

The office staff are kind and thoughtful. They call when they say they will call and do what they say they will do. Again, I can't be complimentary enough. Kory, Brian, Kierza and Dotti are nothing short of Rock Stars. I will be an advocate for Premier and will certainly recommend them to anyone interested in a Pool Construction. Simply great. I was in the market to have my pool refinished and as such wanted to use a Pebble Tech finish. Well in Sacramento that means dealing with either Premier or Adam's Pools. I began working with both companies but eventually Premier won out. The main reason is I felt more comfortable working with their representative Tony E. and I thought he did a really good job explaining the process, answering my questions and taking the time to show us various pools. He gave me several references all of which gave great recommendations. His crew was very friendly and did a good job with the work.

Rob Romero could not have been more fantastic throughout the entire process. From the beginning phases through arranging our first month of pool start up and care, we have been very impressed with our experience. We absolutely love our salt water, solar heated oasis!!! Premier Pools is a company of quality and integrity.

Do your homework pools are not cheap. Ask lots of questions with all your bidders and get everything in writing. Itemize and make sure your comparing apples to apples. They build a great product and overall communication was great. 5 stars.

Great designs and reputation. Staff are helpful. As with any build, communication is key. It is really important to stay on top of the details as they are easily missed.

Highly recommend Premier Pools. They were not the lowest bidder but they had the best knowledge and experience. Remember this is a big investment and ultimately you have to live with the decisions. In reality this saved us time and money with the city and overall maintenance costs.

My wife and I did extensive research when we moved the area. We have had multiple pools in the previous homes we lived in back in the Sacramento Roseville area. Our last pool was built by Premier Pools so when we moved here I actually received 4 bids from four companies including Premier. I have too many reasons why we chose Premier to even start explaining them all. Just to mention a few- professionalism, Extreme consistency with returning calls if there was an issue, and the utmost attention to detail when it came to the different things that we wanted in our pool. Nick was our salesperson and he was assisted with the entire decision process along with Aaron the owner of this locations franchise. Nick was definitely one of the reasons we stayed with Premier again in our pool building process. He is undeniably one of the best if not the best professional pool personnel you could ask for. I would venture to say that all the other pool companies do not even come close in comparison
