Amazing! We are so happy

Premier installed a $50k pool for me recently in a yard that several other contractors didn't want to deal with. They produced a beautiful, well equipped, and functional pool for my family. The process was as easy as it could be, but still an undertaking. Reuben was a great project lead to have on call for any issues.

The crews are professional & courteous, and all customer service related issues regarding repairs and equipment are handled without delay. Additionally, all questions and concerns were and continue to be answered timely & thoroughly. We are extremely happy with our pool & the follow up services provided by Premier Pools and Spas and would/have recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

I have had two pools built by premier in the past 15 years. Both times the install was completed on time even though both had a lot of rock. ( live in EDH). Any changes during the build were addressed quickly and easily. Our salesmen, Mike, was very easy to work with. Over the years there has been very few instances where I needed premier to come back but when I did they have done a good job. I highly recommend you take several pictures of where all piping is as well as each stage of the project. I have referenced them several times when putting in or replacing plants or working in the back yard over the years. Finally be sure you fully understand the contract and warranty prior start. I have enjoyed our pools and have recommended Premier to others.

I was referred by a friend and neighbor to Premier pools. Paul Cruze was my sales consultant/designer.. he is AMAZING!!!! Can't say enough great things about him and premier pools. He updated us EVERY step of the way; responded promptly to every questions &/or concerns we had. Honest about everything. 3 of my neighbors used premier pools as well. We are ALL super happy with our pools! I will keep referring people to premier pools. I can't be more happier!

Cindy and Corey did an amazing job on my pool. They had great communication and I always knew where we stood during the process. Everyone at Premiere was friendly and went above and beyond. They were always quick to answer my calls/texts/emails or they would get back to me right away. If you're in the market for a pool don't waste your time with the other guys.

Cindy has been so patient and accommodating with us. We live in Tahoe Park and are working with plumbing relocation of sewer line and relocating and upgrading electrical panel all to allow room for a pool in a smaller backyard. She has been out to our yard many times to measure and she also has had to come up with multiple variations and plans for the pool as we have addressed these various issues. I can't thank her enough for being so flexible with us when we are also on a very set budget.

We are a month completed on our fantastic new pool and I am very excited about the finished product.

I spent time doing research and getting quotes from a few pool companies. A decision based on something of this complexity and cost couldn't be based purely on who was the cheapest, but also longevity of the company and experiences with building pools (and ones in the area).

The sales and contract managers were both excellent and responsive to all my detailed questions about design, construction, etc. The process was well documented and communicated by both managers and I understood coming in that there are external factors that can alter elements of the schedule, especially with the extensive rains we had this year.

Each team brought in was polite and respectful of our house and yard. With something this complex, I wanted to be as involved as I could with my work schedule. I gave feedback during the job, discussed areas that I needed clarity on or changes I needed to make. The organization and effectiveness didn't require my micro management, but when you are spending this type of money, you should be involved and interactive to make sure the outcome meets expectations.

The family absolutely loves the outcome, the design, the tile, the colors, the shape, the quality and best of all...the overall experience. We got exactly what we wanted, and we didn't have to be sold on any excess. I would highly recommend Premier and would use them again in the future.

Great company... Lance was our designer and answered all questions. They even allowed use to make changes the day of the dig..... Our pool was started and filled in 30 days..... We love it and have recommended 2 friends to Lance and Premier who have both put in Premier Pools....

Aaron and team at Premier have been fantastic! We got our pool a year ago and it has been awesome. Their attention to detail down to the workers who actually dig the pool has been great. I would highly recommend using them!

Tim is awesome! Installed new pump and heater, came back multiple times to make sure everything was working properly, very professional and very knowledgeable!

Our positive experience with Premier Pools is not uncommon when I discuss our recent pool project with friends. Many people only write reviews when they have negative experiences. Ours was exactly the opposite of this. We contracted with Premier and Obie Miller our Salesman late last year. Our project started in mid-January and we were swimming by the end of March. The entire process was seamless. We were shocked how quickly the process moved and how thorough the entire staff at Premier was when interacting with us.
Building a pool is a messy, destructive process. Premier completed our pool in the worst winter conditions with accuracy, care, and professionalism. One of the main reasons we chose Premier to build our pool was their in house approach. We did not want to be contacting subcontractors about each phase of our project. When we had questions we simply communicated with our salesman Obie and project foreman Steve. Every one of our concerns was addressed, handled, and explained in a timely manner and to our highest satisfaction. The communication from Premier's office staff for scheduling and notification of project phases was extremely efficient.
Our experience was similar to many of our friends who have used Premier to build their Pool. In the end we feel like we received a top notch product, from a top notch company. It's without hesitation that we highly recommend you giving Premier a chance to show you why they should build your next pool.
