CAVEAT EMPTOR! Seriously! Beware of this seller. My 16-year-old grandson worked his tail off all summer and saved all of his money to buy a car. Joe's Auto Mart advertised on Craigs List an older Honda that was really clean inside and not bad on the body. He asked $4,000 for it. My grandson bought the car and within a few days it started leaking oil, and within 2 weeks it had blown a head gasket. The water pump went out as well, and so did a front CV axle. It also needed a new distributor, spark plugs, and oil change. We went back to this dealer and he did not warranty the car at all! There are lemon laws in Kansas, but you have to have the money to take the dealer to court. Needless to say, the car went to a local repair shop where a ton of money was spent to get it repaired. Joe's Auto in Topeka is the epitome of what you think of when you think of a bad, rip-off used car dealership. Don't take the chance. Save yourself the expense, time and headaches. Look elsewhere.

I've know Joe for years; great guy... always ready to answer questions and if he doesn't have a particular vehicle you want, he'll find it for you! Highly recommend.
