The first vehicle they showed me I fell in love. Sad to say that 2 weeks later I already have to get the oil changed after driving less then 500 miles. Their was no sticker on the windshield for me to have any idea when it would need changed. All all 4 of my brakes need replacing after 2 weeks and very few miles. They said it isn't covered by the warranty which I would understand if I had been making payments and had out many miles on this car. But when you bug a car it should have been checked and the brakes have been changed before selling to me. Would not recommend to someone unless they have the money to make an unknown number of repairs immediately after buying. Before even making their first months payment LOL

Just bought an F-150 from there. I really liked that they had it checked out before my purchase. I just want to say that they offered me a warranty and I bought it. I read through the other reviews and just want to say that if you purchase a used vehicle, things can happen...always get a warranty!

The car I bought from here was fine for the first two weeks. Then, it broke down. The mechanic I went to told me "people with this kind of engine damage usually just buy a new car". Auto acceptance Center refused to do anything about the issue so I was stuck with over $4500 dollars worth of repairs. You would be better off buying a car from a bankrupt circus then this place.

We recently purchased a vehicle from aac. We were referred by a family who had purchased several cars and were extremely pleased...we usually like most people who are satisfied with something don't leave a review but just wanted to take a minute and say thank you very much. We love our car and will most definitely buy from you in the future..and by the way you have a beautiful facility and should be proud. Thank you again.AJ

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER: I just purchased a car from here. I drove home and shut of the car, came back out and it wouldn't start. After the 5th time trying it finally did. I called the dealer they had me go to their shop, I did. The shop said it could be a few things. I went back to the dealer of course with out a doubt thought they would fix it. (I had the car for 1day!) There were a few employees none who were able to answer my questions.. 1. IS this going to be covered-they didn't know 2. THEY GAVE ME A 30DAY WARRANTY that would only COVER half of what went wrong up to $250. ONLY LUBRICATED PARTS. ((It was my fault for not asking specific questions before buying)) It was my first time buying from a dealership, I trusted them. From then forward problems continued, they did not fix the problem and I still have problems starting the car I have had for 15days now.

The dealer continued to offer a warranty to cover my problems>> they say will "COVERS EVERYTHING" to find out IT DOES NOT!! ITs $700 and will only cover certain things only after the exact problem if found. EX. {your transmission goes out<they will make you pay all labor for a mechanic to tear through and find out which part inside the transmission is not working properly then the will fix only that PART ONLY} The warranty is a SCAM from www.carprotectionplus.com Sorry for going into detail. I just don't want any one else to experience the same problems BUYER BEWARE!

Last year around this time my wife and I were in the market for another vehicle because we wanted to be rid of Chrysler Financial. Oddly enough, we were out car shopping when we heard an ad for Auto Acceptance about its tax refund sale. It had been a long day but we decided to give it a shot. Well, as we drove in the lot, the same car caught both our eyes. After checking out some others, we drove home with that very car.

I still think that we bought a good car from a good company. I am so sure of it that I'm submitting this on the day that I discovered something leaking from the engine compartment. Besides the routine oil and filters changes, all that we have had to do to it is replace the brake pads. But get this: I inadvertently put Trans X into the master cylinder. After a thorough flushing it's been working fine. Also, we ran the battery nearly dry. I filled it and presto--as good as new.

Not only was it worth our time to go look at Auto Acceptance but also worth my time to review it.
