Tow King of San Marcos

INSANE.



I was almost backed over by a driver of Tow King in a gas station parking lot. The truck was parked, I drove behind it. As I'm passing directly behind, the reverse noise comes on and he starts backing out. I ask him what he was doing backing a large tow truck without looking and he yells at me that I'm a "deaf stupid b*tch". I tried to call and report the erratic driving and I'm told that I'm a liar and that was the OWNER of the company I encountered, and that the incident never happened.



I may not have used their service, but based on this gross encounter, I'd recommend you didn't. This company is dangerous, crazy, rude and obviously run by a very incompetent man.

Worst experience of my life. 1st the driver was 45 minutes late which really isnt a big deal to me i understand that the company was busy, the real problem arose when i called the company for a receipt. I called the business number and the employee who answered the phone was over 100 miles away from the office, i politely asked if he could fax a receipt for the tow. He then stated that he had already sent a copy to my insurance company, which sounded weird because i never gave him my insurance information, at that point i asked my insurance agent if they had received any paperwork. The insurance agent said no, and even called the corporate headquarters to see if anything had been sent. I then asked my insurance agent to call the company and see if she could get some more information, upon making the call the man on the other end started yelling at my insurance agent, the insurance company was busy and full of people who could hear the man yelling at her. After a few moments he hung up on her, then he proceeded to call me and yell and curse at me saying never have that woman call me again!! so if you ever need a tow look up a different company, this one obviously doesn't care about there customers.

This is the most professional and knowledgeable towing company I have ever used. The driver treated my car like it was his. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the driver was very pleasant and helpful. I will difinitely use them again!
