Buyer Beware!



Worst Customer service experience. I was recommended to use this facility by Liberty Mutual but the entire process was a nightmare and I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to be fixed. When I informed this facility that I did not want them to fix the issue, they returned my vehicle with the windshield smashed in. I have all the before and after pictures to prove it and were turned into Liberty Mutual claims services and they had to replace the windshield as well. This was my worst experience with any service center . BUYER BEWARE!

Very Slow!

I used this B&B location after having an accident. I figured it would be just as good as the one in south Austin. I WAS WRONG!

They gave me an estimated completion date when I dropped it off. It was the day before I was going on vacation, so I constantly called and checked. As it got closer, they moved it a couple days later - which is fine, I understand. Then those few days turned into 10 days! So, I arranged for the car to be picked up while I was on vacation. Then I returned home and found problems after inspecting the car - paint chipping on the fender, black plastic on the bumper had been sprayed with silver paint, the headlights were damaged - 1 wasn't working properly. I called them back and took the car, so they could see the problems. They said to bring it back and they would fix the problems. I brought it back to them and was told it would be 1-2 days, probably 2 because of the paint. Today is the second day. I had to call this afternoon because I havent heard back. They just now have it prepared for paint. So, it will be another day - I'm keeping my fingers crossed! It is just so frustrating with all of the delays and its still not fixed. Then I have to take time out of my day bringing it back and they are late again!

They did take care of the rental car - which was nice.

I cannot change the customer's perception of our business. Here at B&B Body and Paint, we do believe the customer is always right. All I can do is state some facts. The custoner did have the vehicle repaired at one of our Austin locations. They did approximately $1485.00 worth of repairs in 5 working days. We repaired the vehicle in 13 working days. The repair went through 2 weekends (one being a 3 day weekend for Christmas)and we are only open Monday-Friday. We did a little over $6000.00 worth of repairs to the customer's vehicle. Comparing the two repairs, I beleive the repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The customer did come back for faulty headlamps, which we replaced with 2 new factory units. As far as the overspray and the repaint on the fender, we did correct these issues for the customer. These were both issues that were pre-existing to this accident and even the accident repaired by our Austin location. We had to point these issues out to the customer's insurance representative prior to starting our repairs. Since we are a reputable company, we addressed the customer's concerns and provided rental because we "DO BELIEVE" the customer is always right!

poor company

i hate this company and do not recommend it to anyone they ruined my car better yet they made us pick up our car in the late after hours and noone put the paper work in the car then as i was looking at my car to see the work that had been done on it the back light was broken on it and it did start correctly then the manager was rude in considerate and dawna had no idea how mad i was at her. we took it back a number of times for it to be fixed correctly, i do not recoomend this place to anyone. dont take your car there they will ruin it.

Excellent work and service

These people are the friendliest of all the shops I've been into for this fender bender. Dawna Ramirez was very knowledgeable and very patient. She worked with me ( and my obsessive personality) and the things my car needs.My car is better than new - it is shiny, straight and did I mention shiny?? I highly recommend B&B , San Marcos . A++
