        Overall

        At first I was very satisfied with their quick service. I thought they were some pretty nice people offering to top off my windshield washer, vacuum my floors, and wash my windows all for free. Well I should've known it was too good to be true, because with Jiffy Lube there ALWAYS seems to be a catch.

        Assistant manager Felix verified with me that I was just getting the high mileage oil change for 51.99 (exactly what it showed on his screen). Well once everything was all said and done he said the total was 71.09, because there was a 17.99 High Mileage oil upgrade. When I asked him why he didn't tell me about the charge he simply said "oh, well I assumed you knew about that charge."

        Well how the hell was I supposed to know about the scams you all have going on. I WILL NEVER go to a jiffy lube again for as long as I live. If I had known the price beforehand I would have just changed the damn oil myself. So thanks a lot jiffy lube for once again screwing over another "valued" customer.
