Very pleased with the service. Very thorough and appreciated the 33-point home safety check included in my service call. Many additional services available with Milestone that are nice to consider for the future and appreciate that the electrician wasn't pushy about trying to "sell" me too much. Would have been 5-stars had the website included more disclosure on the pricing to expect on my home surge protector. To be expected, it only listed the lowest priced one that didn't offer the proper coverage for what I wanted. Would've appreciated knowing what to expect, pricing-wise, before the electrician came out. Otherwise, it was all good.

Greg and his counterpart came to the house less than 2 hours after I called and set up my appt. This is the first time I have used Milestone and I was very impressed (a little shocked about the cost but what do I really know how much doing electrical work reallys cost) however they were very professional and provided excellent service. I would recomend them to friends who might need electrical work done.

Chris (Big Country) came out to check a plug in one of our bathrooms. He was courteous, friendly and professional. To those people who complain about price I would say that you get what you pay for!! I definitely would recommend Milestone to anyone who needs an electrician.

EducatedWidow thinks it is a rip-off to charge a fee to come out to evaluate a problem. At first, I thought so too. Then I realized I am asking them to drive at least 30 minutes in a truck with parts to fix most jobs to my house to POSSIBILY fix an issue that they may only reasonabily charge as little as $150. If I go the a local mechanic shop on Preston, they will charge me an evaluation fee. If I take my computer to Best Buy, they charge me an evaluation fee and I am putting in the effort to get it there. If all of their jobs were in the $2000 to $3000 range then it would make sense but not for pocket change. Where does an attitude of entitlement stop and being resonable and fair begin.

I called Milestone to have 2 ceiling fans replaced in my home. I got Mark, the singing guy from the commercial, which made me happy to begin with. He exceeded my expectations by not only putting up the ceiling fans and installing a new doorbell, but my front door handle was sticking, so he took it apart, lubed it, and now it works great! Totally above and beyond! These days it seems most companies don't care about customer service, but Mark and Milestone truly do! I will use them again, and have already recommended them to my neighbors!

Terribly overpriced. Maybe the new way to make money is to take money for service calls without actually doing any work. Felt sorry for the technician. The bill was not itemized and there was no discussion about alternatives.

Milestone was unbelievably overpriced for installing a new breaker box. They wanted over $6,000. I had a second estimate (from a sole proprietor) for $1,250. I felt sorry for the young man working for Milestone. He gave me the estimate, and he desparately wanted to book an appointment for me for the NEXT day since my box was so dangerous! Obviously, he did not want me to get a second estimate. He even came back 5 minutes later (perhaps after his boss was on the phone) ... rang my doorbell and wanted to book a job that I had the option to cancel after talking to my spouse. These business practices remind me of the tactics they use at Mr Rotorooter.

Thank you so very much for the professional and friendly service your company has provided for us!! This visit Don Pearce was doing a Family Protection Plan Visit. During that visit, Don uncovered a fire hazard. The overhead light in my wife's office had burned wires inside. Had he not been concerned about two of the four bulbs not coming on, it would have caused a fire at some point. Thanks so much Don. Keep up the good work.

I am normally pretty handy around the house but I had a couple of electrical projects that I just did not feel comfortable tackling myself. I called a couple of electricians that I found via the web including Milestone Electric. Milestone Electric was the only company that would give me straight answers to my questions. For example, most of the internet listings said something about $50 off for new customers. The other electrician companies said that it was already taken into account in their pricing and I got the feeling that they were not honoring the discount as stated. Milestone Electric took the $50 right off the top of my bill. I am not saying that Milestone Electric was the cheapest but they were defiantly the most straight forward with regards to their pricing.
The person that scheduled my appointment was very professional and efficient. My only issue is that they were not able to get to my house until the next morning. They said that it was already too late in the day for same day service.
The electrician that showed up at my house did a great job. I believe his name was Jimmy Dale. Jimmy Dale was very helpful. He looked at my two issues and explained what he could do to correct my problems. The pricing that Jimmy Dale reviewed with me was straight forward and fair and he was able to complete my work that day. He was also very respectful of my property - no muddy shoes, cleaned up, etc. The best thing about Milestone Electric is that there were no problems and the work was completed in a professional manor for the stated price. If you need an electrician in Dallas I would defiantly recommend Milestone Electric

I just want to say Thanks to Milestone Electric; I have seen their ad on Tv and received the discout. They did a great job installed new lighting in my living room and kitchen, they even took down the old lights and fans. Great job Milestone.

I received in the mail an advertisment from Milestone for a free estimate. I purchased a table saw and needed a 120V outlet installed in my garage so I gave them a call. Now the location of the outlet was just below my breaker box. The cost for this service, OVER $700. The cost of my table saw, $800, I must have had STUPID flashing on my forehead.
I apologize, but I can't find you in our system anywhere. I would like to make sure this was priced corrected and make this right for you. Can you contact us to correct his issue?

I contacted Milestone Electric after seeing their trucks and hearing their ads lately. I was immediately impressed even by the person that answered the phone, and continued to be impressed throughout my entire experience. After my projects were completed, I even rec'd a follow-up phone call and email to assure I was satisfied. Well Milestone Elec, I was "more-than-satisfied"; John Derr and Alex explained everything completely, were very neat, friendly, and completed my job quickly. You have a class-act, very professional.

I was very impressed with Mitch. He was professional and very pleasant the entire time he was in my home. This is the first of several projects I have planned, and Milestone will be my electrician of choice for all of them. Also, the office staff was very patient with me and my scheduling issues.

John and Jake worked on several electric update issues for our home and gave us a safety review. They listened and worked with us to keep the tasks purposeful and the costs reasonable. We were glad for the "no hassle" approach and guarantees and signed up as members of the Family Protection Plan.
