My wife and I were extremely pleased with the work that was performed for us by Milestone Electric technician ,Jeremy Vince's and his assistant. They were both very professional and courteous and explained every little detail of the work to be performed on our heating units as well as some of the duck work that was in drastic need of repair. It took them about four hours to complete all of the necessary work and when the work was completed, they lamed sure that there was not any trash left behind. Jeremy took photos of the areas that needed repair before and after the work was completed. Jeremy is definitely an asset to the Milestone team of professionals and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. This is not the first time that I have used Milestone Electric and since our most recent experience with Jeremy, it will not be the last. Joseph & Betty Gordon.

We had a new ac unit put in about 1 1/2 years ago and I have been so pleased with the customer service from Milestone. Jim one of the ac technicians came out the other day and did a check up on my unit. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. Chuck B.

I changed from ADT to Milestone approx. 2 years ago and have been completely satisfied. We recently updated our computers and they immediately sent someone out to install the camera system with no wait time and added it to an additional computer. Great customer service!!

William Whitton responded to our call to have our older A/C unit serviced. After a thorough inspection, he informed us of the pros and cons of keeping our old unit compared to getting a new one. We were impressed with his knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to explain them to us. After weighing our options, we decided that purchasing a SEER 25 Lennox unit was the best choice for us. We were impressed at how quickly the new unit was installed the next day by Ray and his crew. The house was also left just as clean as they found it. After two nights of having our new AC, we are VERY happy that we made the decision to have the SEER 25 unit installed. We recommend Milestone Electric for anyone having their current AC unit serviced or who is looking to have a new one installed.

Milestone did a through review of the electric system in our home. Our fire alarms were old and they were able to replace with new electric ones. They repaired our fluorescent lights. Van and William were courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything before they left.

I initially called Milestone without ever reading a review. The rep that set the appt was courteous and took the time to explain everything from scheduling to pricing. Not only did I get the call they promised before the electrician showed for the appointment, but he was so polite and professional and did me a solid by taking down and capping off a light fixture. I also got a call after the appt just to make sure I was satisfied. I have several upcoming projects where I will need additional work and wouldn't consider calling another company.

We had Milestone Electric come out to our home in Rowlett TX for a whole day to do some repairs, install some light fixtures and wire for new fixtures. They were polite, professional, focused on their work and were very respectful of my home and family. I also liked the up front pricing, just like a menu! The prices were very reasonable. I recommend them highly!

I called Milestone Electric to replace lighting fixtures due to water damage. The job turned out to be more involved than I expected. Nick was extremely helpful, explained in detail the work that needed to be done and met his commitments to me. I was so impressed with the service, I had Nick provide estimates for additional work while he was on site. I definitely will remain a Milestone customer.

I called Milestone Electric and they came out the same day to fix some broken outlets and give me quotes on adding some lights. Dustin was friendly and knew what he was doing and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I like that they give quotes for what you want done and you have 90 days to decide if you want to have the work done. Very happy and will definitely recommend and use in the future.

We are very pleased with the work Martin (the tech Milestone sent out) did for us. Our light fixture on the ceiling fan was shooting out sparks. Martin took out the old fixture and put in a new one. He did a fantastic job . This is the second time I have used Milestone and definetly will call them again if we have a problem. Thanks again Milestone for work well done, at a great price.

The electricians have explained everything before doing any of the work. All of the electricians have been wonderful and Chris Bible is an outstanding young man.

These guys were great, they worked efficiently as possible to fix a missing ground on our hallway outlets, flat rate pricing was dead on the estimate. I highly recommend these guys
