This is our first time using Milestone Electric. They did a great

job and were very professional and friendly and did a great job of getting our lights back on. They give you a two hour time of when they will be there and call when they are on their way.

Most professional company I've ever used. Prices are high but you get much more than you pay the little extra for in professionalism, customer service and quality of work! HIGHLY recommended!

We used Milestone Electric for the first time, and were pleased from the beginning. We got a phone call within ten minutes of sending an email. All our questions were answered, and an appointment was scheduled. When Jake Brown, our technician, arrived, he was very personable, professional and courteous. He answered all our questions and explained further if we asked. He left our home with no trace of the work he'd done - just a great job completed. We are very pleased we chose Milestone Electric.

Today I was greeted by two guys Jay and Robert!!! I want everyone to kw that I had the best service and the first impression was FANTASTIC, I have never been treated so well in my own house by visitors they were so kind I almost told Jay to go cook us breakfast for the three (lol) while me and Robert finish laughing at Jerry Springer!! I thought it was pretty cool that they worked as a team, did the work (very well) and still took 2minutes to laugh with a customer as a part of their service!!! GREAT JOB GUY'S and have a great day!!!

The tech. Micheal dark came to my house and done an awesome job . If I have any more problems I will call them first. Thanks for the great work you done.

Milestone called to confirm their appointment and then arrived on time and ready to install. They did an excellent job on hanging a light fixture making certain I was pleased before they left. The two men who did the work were both very professional and took care with my home and cleaned up all debris.

If $163 for a $8.00 T8ballast plus installation minus $50 "discount" is the norm than they are for you, IF you are a senior who overpaid tell milestone word of mouth is their best review and we will never recommend them to any of our friends or family.

I had the nicest guy (Wade) come and install a couple of ceiling fans in my home. He was very talkative and we spoke almost the entire time while he was doing his installation. Milestone Electric is a great company and I was very pleased to say the least. The only thing I did have a concern about was their prices. It seemed very expensive to install just a typical outlet in the garage at $284.

Every aspect of dealing with Milestone was excellent. I was surprised to talk to a person when I called -- and a very nice, helpful person at that. She was helpful in getting us scheduled for service and also followed up by phone after the service was completed. The electrician, Mitch, was terrific. He was prompt, personable, and efficient. We hope to get him back for some additional work we need done. And their price was extremely fair. They are definitely my go to company for electrical needs! I highly recommend them.

Loved this electric company. I have experienced bad service from a local electric company in the past. I am happy to say that milestone came to the rescue and fixed my problems from the previous company. I will say they are expensive for my taste but, I will also state that you get what you pay for. He vacummed my floors in my closet after installing a fixture and switch for me as well as wore booties to make sure he did not track mud in my house from my messy "landscaping in progress" yard. I enjoy milestones people and he even was careful not to disturb my loudly barking maltese that bugged him 99% of the time. I would recommend this guy to everyone...already have! Look forward to replacing my panel in the near future!

Alex was a great, friendly technician that seemed to be very comfortable with problem analysis and recommendations. Our builder did a poor job of installing our cooktop and oven, but Alex was able to successfully identify and solve the problem. I also like the 5 year warranty that goes along with the work provided by Milestone. If we have any additional electrical problems, we will call Milestone and ask for Alex!

The phone customer service was personable and quick. So great to talk to real people. An appointment was set up promptly for the next day not same day which I expected but workable anyway. The next Byron arrived in the allotted time frame and even though I showed him where and what the problem was he conducted a thorough investigation to be 100% positive that was the problem. Byron was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He did have to go get parts but was only gone about 30 minutes. He completed the repair quickly and thoroughly and also recommended a solution to prevent this from happening again. Very satisfied with both Byron's and Milestone's service at this point and would call them again.

We had a hot water emergency and our plumber recommended Milestone.

They came in just a few hours and had us ready to go in minutes. Chris did an excellent job, was courteous, and full of good information regarding any electrical needs we might have in the future. We were thrilled with the service we received!

I had a very good experience with this company. Kurt was the electrician and he has come to my house twice and his work is very excellent. Milestone Electric is my company to call when I need an electrician. They are professional and friendly and most of all I feel confident and safe that they have performed the job with expert, licensed experienced employees.

Beginning with the customer service representative on the telephone, this is by far the most customer friendly and professional electical repair service I've ever encountered.



The electrician (Greg) arrived as scheduled, was quick to place covers over his shoes, and after I explained my problem, he quickly went to work in diagnosing, explaining the problem, and making the repair to my complete satisfaction. He was at all times courteous, respectful and easy to work with.



Greg was very thorough and obviously quite knowledgeable in explaining Milestone's Family Protection Plan, Home Safety Check, Surge Protection and their Security System.



I would recommend Milestone to anyone.

Chris and Tommy were great. They did the work quickly. Was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Milestone is a bit pricier but their customer service is over the top! Would recommend to anyone.

Really, really good service, work was done professionally, the two guys who showed up were polite and well dressed, they took care of my home.



I had two things done, an electrical outlet installed in a room and a new light fixture installed in a room that did not have one.



Both jobs were done very well, the rooms were left clean and the work looks very professional. They were able to route a wall switch to a hard to reach place, without damaging my walls, I was very happy with this.



Would I call them again? Yes, in a heart beat. The price was good, the work was great, and I feel comfortable with them in my house. What more can you ask of a service company?
