Service Today

I have used these guys for years. They have saved me a lot of money and headaches. They are no nonsense and prompt. I have several friends, who use them as well. I am a loyal customer. It's rare for me to give 5 stars (nobody's perfect:) so they get my highest rating.

We were having trouble with our heater last night and he was here fast, replaced the part and fixed in no time at all. Heater working with no smoke smell! He was very friendly and professional. We will request him next time we need something fixed.

I don't usually do reviews, but I felt I had to offer some balance to the one negative review on these guys. I have used Service Today in Ozark before and was directed to this sight when I was serching for their phone number. I was suprised to see the negative review on them. Like I said, I used them before and have always been satisfied, so I called them in spite of the negative review.



I called them out because my A/C unit was acting up. After describing the issue to the technician, he suggested that it might just be the batteries in my thermostat that need replacing. He took them out and tested them and confirmed they were low. I had replacement batteries on hand so we put those in, and that seemed to fix the problem. The best part is, he didn't charge me anything, not even for the service call! He said he wasn't going to charge me because he didn't really do anything.



I have used Service Today in Ozark probably 3-4 times before, and I have never had an experience like the other reviewer described. They have always been been resonably prompt and, as far as I can tell, honest. I had one other instace where one of their techs advised me NOT to replace a part, when they could have easily told me it needed to be replaced, and I wouldn't have known any better.



I will continue to give these guys my business, and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to a friend.
