        I also would like to give them zero stars. I never plan to shop this store again. We bought carpet there and also PAID FOR IT and then they call and say they sold our carpet, they want to (upgrade us to a cheaper carpet). They eventually ordered us comparable carpet but we still can't get it laid until September. We ordered the carpet August 1st, today is 25th, my husband took his vacation so we could move but vacation over Sept. 2nd. If your looking for carpet don't go to Ozark mo. And don't go to Jessica. The manager told me today that he could get on to her but what good would that do me.

        I wish I could award zero stars. I ordered an outdoor table and paid for it... Let me repeat that,...I paid for it. When I went to pick it up I was informed that they had "made a mistake" and put it on the floor for sale. So, an item that had been purchased was sold on the floor that belonged to me. I would guess that an employee wanted this item and so "made a mistake" and put it on the floor so that they or a friend could purchase it at the deep discount I had paid. This is STEALING! Then Jodi Turner thinks that an acceptable solution is to refund my purchase price? Don't they realize it was my property and should have been replaced with a similar MSRP item ?????
