        The product line and price is great-the system for purchase of large amounts with different departments is abysmal. Were I ever to repeat such a transaction I would find another supplier. I have done business with Lowes over the years but accounting/tracking and scheduling is obnoxious.

        I have always received warm and friendly service at the primrose Lowe's. This past Sunday I was there again to make a large purchase of shelving that was difficult to accomplish because of the many parts I needed. Assistant Manager, Kevin Rasmusen assisted me from beginning to end. He never left my side until I was at the checkout. He is and outstanding employee and a top notch ambassador for Lowe's. I cannot say enough about his kind and patient assistance. I highly recommend this store to everyone!!!
