Door Jam

I spoke with Jason just one time on the telephone to detail the problem with my garage door, Jason was able to fix the problem quickly and correctly. I'm very satisfied. I will definitely use Door Jam in the future.

My garage door locked up when trying to close it.

and he did. He let me explain the problem, and then he explained exactly what was needed to fix it, and what the cost would be. He also gave me great tips on how to

maintain and extend the life of the components like rollers and springs.

I called Jason because my garage door was literally falling off the track. He came promptly to my door and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was in and out in 30 minutes. I'm so glad I know of him now and will call him back when we have to replace the entire door.

Jason came out on a Sunday morning to replace a broken spring. He did the job quickly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling again with any door needs at my house or any of my family's.

A lightning strike took out my garage door opener on Saturday. Called my usual folks and they said they would try to fit me in on Monday afternoon.



Then I called Door Jam.



Jason arrived within a couple of hours that Saturday & assessed the situation. He then came back very early Sunday morning and replaced the fried-out system.

For being willing to accommodate my schedule, and installing a very-quiet system, I give him an A+++. He will get any repeat business - but with as good as this system is, I doubt I shall need him soon.

Jason and Co. came out to install my two garage doors a few weeks ago. Like anything with an older home, there needed to be some modifications made. They did a great job! He did a great job explaining the work and modications that needed to be done, came to complete the job in a timely manner, and presented a fair price. My garage looks great! Couldn't be happier- highly recommended.

Jason installed a new motor, rollers and springs in my 18 year old door and it works like a charm. The price was right and he has the customer service thing down pat. I had some trouble with my light flickering and he came out at no charge...it turned out that my light bulb was bad...I recommend Door Jam to anyone!!!

The prices were equal or slightly lower than other area companies (and I called around). Jason was very friendly and able to install faster than the other companies. When my husband and I couldn't decide on the pattern for the window inserts Jason said he could bring two to show me how it would look on our door. And it made all the difference. The other company I asked said they couldn't do that. Jason showed up on time, installed the door quickly and it is working great! I had no problems from start to finish. I would definately recommend Door Jam.

We had a spring break on the garage door on a Sunday afternoon. Just for the heck of it, I clicked on the internet to see if I could find someone local. I entered in our problem and e mail address and within seconds it referred me to Door Jam. It said he would be contacting me shortly. About 6 minutes later the phone rang and it was Jason. He actually would have come out on Sunday to fix it if we had needed him to. We had one car out of the garage so it was not an emergency...Monday was fine. Jason arrived exactly on time and could not have been any nicer or more efficient. I will use and recommend Door Jam to everyone. Great customer service and unbelievably quick....even on SUNDAY!!!
