Door Jam

Fast and friendly knew how to fix the problem right away and was resonsonably priced and included checking the whole door to make sure everything was ok.

I called this morning to see about getting my springs fixed, much to my surprise, Door Jam was able to meet me at my house after I got off work. The problem was assessed with expertise, and we checked the whole other system over. We found it wasnt just a broken spring that was the issue, but the rollers needed to be replaced as well. The work was started and it was completed much faster than I thought it would! The service was amazing and I would recommend Door Jam to anyone in need of any garage door repairs! Cant imagine a better experience with a problem that usually would cause headaches!

Sunday morning 10 am and the garage door spring breaks. Checked the Yellow Pages at yp.com and came across Door Jam. They were close and had good reviews—I took the plunge and called even though it was now 10:30 am Sunday morning. Much to my surprise my call was answered (it was 10:30 am Sunday morning) and I ask what would be the earliest date and time I could get an appointment for a repair. After giving my address, I was told he could be by in about 30 minutes—that alone blew me away. Within 30 minutes my doorbell rang – Jason had arrived just as he had promised. Replaced both springs on double door (one was broken but I told them to replace both, and while they were there I had the opener back up battery replaced on the double garage door (gave out a couple of months ago), had him replace the 3rd stall single garage door spring while he was there even though it was not broken (just a matter of preventative maintenance and the price was right), and install an infrared parking guide lite on the ceiling.

All was completed professionally, it was obvious Jason was a professional and had extensive job knowledge. He was courteous, answered all my questions and took the time to thoroughly check out all working parameters of both door systems and lubricated both systems. When he left both doors were operating smoothly and quietly. All was done to my complete satisfaction and the price was quite reasonable. I will not hesitate to refer this company to anyone. Thank you Door Jam (Jason), you saved my day and it was Sunday.

Company showed up when they said both for the estimate and installation. Dan went above and beyond what was in the estimate, helping to fix the garage door opener. After everything was done, he even went so far as to clean the new weather stripping and door of any finger prints. I will use them again when needed. Great job!

The spring on my garage door broke, because my builder installed the cheapest they could find. After learning about Door Jam from neighbors, I called Jason in the morning, and he was at my house later in the afternoon. Jason replaced my garage door opener when it died shortly after I moved into my home. He did this work on a Sunday at no extra charge, which was a great help to me. He was prompt and professional. I have had Jason from Door Jam out to my house a couple times. On both occassions, he was very helpful. He explained what he found to be wrong and fixed it. His work was great and the price was right. I have given his name and number out to others and they have been just as pleased. Jason is friendly, knowledgable and professional. He helped us pick the perfect garage door for an old house that needed a facelift due to the old, dilaped manual door. Installation was perfect and the door has operated perfectly. Price was very reasonable based on three separate quotes I received. Contacted Door Jam for a broken spring and set up appt. for 8:00 am. Jason showed up earlier, was friendly, professional and courteous and got the job done within half an hour. He went above and beyond the problem, explained how to maintain garage door properly by physically showing what to lubricate and grease. Will definitely contact Door Jam for future problems and will recommend to friends and family.

Jason diagnosed the problem with my garage door in less than 2 minutes. He was able to fix it on the spot, within half an hour. He was very friendly and gave me lots of great tips to keep my garage door working it's best. I highly recommend him.

This is the only guy to call for all of your garage door needs. A new garage door was installed in my house. All of the old equipment was removed and hauled away, and the new door works great! The total cost of the job was at or below the costs of other bids.



After having my door replaced I decided to have a garage door opener added at my girlfriends house. This was not an easy job due to the condition of the door due to improper installation by a differant company.



An exceptional job was done to go above and beyond to fix the door tracks, door panel, install safety cables in the lift assist springs, replace hinges and rollers, and also both door lift cables. The door now works wonderfully and the opener that was installed works perfectly also.



Very professional and always on time! The pride and craftsmanship in the work is also worth praise. Both jobs were completed to my total satisfaction.

Like everyone else who had a garage door problem, we searched for a repair service, and came across Door Jam. We are glad we decided to get Jason to fix our garage aside from all the positive feedbacks, he lives nearby, we’re practically neighbors.
