        Overall

        I rented a traveling water meter and had to pay an $850 deposit on it. I returned the meter the next day, and still, over 2 months later they still HAVE NOT returned my deposit! (My water bill was $1.25, so they owe me $848.75). I call them weekly! This place obviously needs more staff or more competent staff.
