Yes, the ladies that work in this company are rude, they talk to a person disrespect like you Thieves I too had to call for a bill several times for my mother whose on fix income, my mother had to pay cut off fees many times because they never mailed her a bill, there should be a water company here in Tickfaw/ Independence, the office manager need training in talking with customers

My meter is solid mud there is no way to read it !!! You call and they are rude ! I ask for a bill to be mailed to me on numerous occasions ! And all they will do is send email , french settlement needs a new water company out here ! To whom this concerns you can ask anybody are as many people in french settlement you like and you will not find 1 person that will give a good comment on this so called water company !!!!
