Terrible customer service. All the staff in the office need to be fired for lack of knowledge and bad attitudes. These woman who are all Caucasians act like they have to personally pump your water each day themselves and just can't be bothered. Fire them or retrain them to remind them that they are there to provide A Service!

I can't stand this company! Better than scientific however still amongst the worst! I'd put in a well if I was allowed just to avoid these pricks. Awful customer service. Repair men are more courteous than the idiots running the company.

Absolutely terrible. Didn't send water bill for 3 months, shut water off without at least contacting us. Then couldn't tell us what time someone is coming to turn it back on, and if your not there it's $50 dollars for them to come back a second time.

Worst water company/utility company I've ever dealt with. I've been with them for 5 years only because I don't have any choice. If it's in any way possible to nickle and dime their customers they'll do it. The company knows nobody has a choice and exploits their customers. I wish someone else could come in and put these guys out of business.

In 8 months my water has been out over ten times without warning due to repairs or conservation attempts.The water usage charge was doubled in late 2007.So now I pay about $25 per month rather than $12-$13.Onwasa claims the rate went up to cover cost of new meters,pipes,employees,reserves,ect.Due to rapid growth in Jacksonville NC.Outrageous!The kicker is we have no other option it's ONWASA or no water.
