All the Nebrasky employees from the office personnel, the estimator and the technicians were all helpful and pleasant to work with. Because of their helpfulness I would recommend Nebrasky to anyone.

I just had the best experience with Nebrasky plumbing. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. The technician arrived within the hour and quickly found my AC problem. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, quick and fixed my problem perfectly. I'm so glad I called them!

Greg L. was early - very punctual. Extremely Gracious! Very forthcoming with product knowledge and how water system in the house functions. Excellent work quality. Very clean. The price much higher than I ever anticipated which is by no means a reflection on Greg and I want this clearly understood. You have an excellent tech with Greg L. and I would highly recommend him again!!

My recent experience with Kieth was very good. Scheduling the appointment was quick and efficient and I was called on the day of service to let me know that the technician was on his way. He was on time and professional. He wore show covers while he has in my home. He checked my hot water heater and air conditioner, addressed the problems expertly and gave me some helpful advice. The interactions with Keith were friendly yet very professional. I purchased a Home Care Plan and was very satisfied with the service. I will continue to do business with Nebrasky and recommend them to my friends.

Jamie, the young man who came to evaluate our a/c system was very helpful. He diagramed the problem and offered some good solutions. We are going to try to correct our problem with the original installer but wish we had contacted Nebrasky first!! We will use you next time for any plumbing/heating issues.

on 4/29/16 I had a problem with my bath room faucet. I called for service and was given a time for my repair. Greg L. came on time and went right to work. He checked out the problem and within an hour of his arrival my faucet was repaired. Everything was left clean and he was very kind to my two golden retrievers who thought he might have treats. My bill was not over the moon and the job was well done. Greg was also kind enough to give me information on service contracts. Told me what they cover and that I should call the office for additional information and to set up an appointment .

Greg came to our house to check on our well pump and bladder pressure tank situation. He was excellent in providing recommendations and his evaluation was very helpful. Very knowledgeable in hs profession.

The technician Jamie showed up right on time (5 min early). He was very nice and could carry on a normal conversation, not like other techs I've dealt with. The quality of his work was awesome. Would definitely request him back to do service.

From the moment I called, Samuel, was so helpful, (as has Cheryl in the past)He tried to help me,but something just was not right..so I called again, and Keith and Jamie came...Keith has been here before in 2014, He is mentoring, Jamie..Both were very nice, professional and clean, helpful with ceiling filter..and now is it warm, and all is good. It is very comforting to know that you all listen and help is there for those of us who do not have family near...Thank you all..

Nebrasky is so reliable. I called early in the morning with an issue. The representative was extremely friendly and located my account right away. She had a technician dispatched to my home within the hour and the problem was resolved.

They charged me about $400 an hour!!! The work was very good though; just cruely expensive. When I called to complain about the rate and ask them to reconsider what they billed me, I was told they had to fold in the cost for the gas to get to my house and for their insurance? They did not feel their charge was unreasonable. The cost to them of any materials was under $10

We had a problem with our furnace cutting off so I called Nebrasky to try and schedule an appointment. After explaining the situation to Carol who was extremely friendly and helpful she said she'd do her best to get someone out that same day. Sure enough within 30 minutes she called back and said Keith would be coming within the hour. Keith did a great job diagnosing the problem and had us up and going.

Samuel and office staff extremely helpful and courteous. Appreciate receiving calls regarding status of when technician will arrive. Greg L. was extremely professional and explained to us what he was going to do and how to manage equipment. Took great care to protect our carpets and house. Leak was resolved immediately. Will request Greg for future service needs. Also appreciate Mr. Nebrasky's consideration for pricing of call based on previous calls for same leak.

The technician arrived at the anticipated time. He was professional and courteous and explained things well. I was quite confident that he knew what he was talking about. Also, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, and professional. She set up a date and when the part did not arrive as anticipated, she rescheduled and apologized for any inconvenience. It was a pleasure dealing with her and dealing with Greg, the plumber.

I was very happy with the services received. I was told by another plumber that I would have to replace my boiler, but Nebrasky was able to fix it and allow me to use a payment plan.

We found Nebrasky very professional in their service delivery. They contacted us that the technician was enroute and on arrival tech David was courteous and professional. He methodically diagnosed our issue and provided information accordingly. He then delivered services in a timely fashion. As a first time user I was very impressed with the service provision of this company.

Technician was prompt, friendly., professional. He explained to us what was wrong and fixed the problem. He also explained to us other issues we have that have to be resolved. He even fixed some areas that was leaking air. It was a job well done. I appreciate the time he took to explain all the issues we have and to ease our mind.
