From my initial phone call of setting up the appointment with Cheryl to the email confirmation the night before, to the service call being on time and finally the professional manner of Keith the service technician! You never disappoint and I love, love that about your company :)

Service call was prompt, courteous,efficient, knowledgable about furnace. Area was left clean and complete explanation given as to services performed. Without any doubt I will continue to utilize the services of Nebrasky and recommend friends as I have done already. Thank you for your service.

Making the appointment online was very easy. I received a fast answer and confirmation of my appointment. The woman who called the day of appointment was very friendly also. Dominic was the gentleman who did my service and he was prompt and courteous. I believe he was the same person who was here a few years ago and fixed my water heater (which 2 other plumbers could not figure out), The work was done very efficiently. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dominic.

When a person needs experts in the plumbing, heating and cooling they should without a doubt call Nebrasky! I just had a water softener installed by two employees of Nebrasky-Dominic and Bob and their work was beyond my expectations! They were both very knowledgeable of the system and they installed it with experience of true professionals! So I can not state it without going overboard but if you need a company for your plumbing, heating and cooling you should call Nebrasky!

On 2 occasions I have needed plumbing assistance due to leaks in pipes on weekends. When calling there was an immediate personal response to our needs followed by the service person to confirm. Service was here before the designated time and the work completed in a reasonable time. The area was cleaned up by the service person leaving the area clean. I plan to have Nebrasky when I need in an emergent situation as well as for maintaining our furnace.

Thank you so much for another job handled perfectly and well done,. The other night, I had water leaking from my hot water heater. My neighbor advised me to call immediately to avoid a diaster. This was at about 8:00PM. Within minutes Dom returned my call and he came shortly thereafter to drain the tank to prevent further damage. He was as kind as could be. He explained everything to me and told me that someone would call me in the morning to set up an appointment to replace the unit. Sure enough they called and within the hour Charlett came with a new hot water heater. Charlett was amazing and the nicest person ever. I am home with a back injury making it hard for me to clean and the work area was left spotless. Thank you and your staff for all your kindness. You have one super team.

I had called Sears and was told that I needed a new heating and a/c system.I appreciated the honesty of Mr. Nebrasky when he pointed out that one the guests in my home had hit the emergency shut off switch.His honesty saved me thousands of dollars.

I called on a Monday and Dominic came the very next day on Tuesday. I had a designer faucet to install and Dominic spoke to his boss and was able to get me a little better of a price, as I was not aware that a designer faucet requires more time and effort. Service was prompt, efficient and reliable. Dominic was a joy to have and the explanation of the workings of the faucet were very much appreciated. It was worth the time and charge. The repairman was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased that we were able to have a repairman come to our home the same day we called. We appreciated the telephone call telling us what time he would be arriving. I would recommend this company to my friends.

We just had our air conditioning units serviced today. Kevin replaced all our vents and replaced our filters. He was quite patient and spent time explaining the proper maintenance to us. We were very happy with the service and we plan to call you again in the fall to service the heating unit as well.

The representatives Steve and Charlett, were very professional. clean and courteous. They explained everything they did clearly and it was a pleasure to have them working in the house.

We are pleased with the service that Nebrasky has given us through the years. Today we had our spring visit. The representative was on time. He checked our heating system throughout the house. I was very impressed with the technician who serviced my emergency heating needs. Also the speed in which my intial call was handled.

The technician did a real nice job and recognized the problem right away. He took his time in resolving the issue and didn't look to run in and out. He was extremely professional.

What a wake up...cold...and afraid something terrible was wrong with the heating here. But, I made a call ...even though it was Sunday AM...and someone answered...yes,

very kind and polite...said someone would call and be at my home within an hour and a half...well, Keith, called a few minutes later for info, and was at my door an hour later..and soon, the heat was back on...Keith was very nice...and explained all my ???..Thank you, Nebrasky.

We had an issue with our gas furnace. We had a leak of gas. While they were only there for an annual maintenance on our furnace, they ended up staying well past the call of duty to diagnose the problem on a Friday and even came back later to make sure they had properly diagnosed the problem and new how to fix it. The technician was very courteous and professional.
