The technician was timely, friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was kind and patient with our dog who kept trying to help him. Greg explained things well. I plan on calling again for a project that we have been putting off and I will request Greg.

Greg L and Keith replaced our water heater on 8/5/16. Keith came first and started taking everything apart then Greg arrived and the both of them finished taking out the old and putting in the new. Greg finished up installation and everything was clean and neat. Explained all details of job and what to do if there were problems. Both men were very professional, and kept the area very clean. Jamie was well within the time frame specified for the appointment, very friendly and personable. Although he was not able to assist with the problem with the wine cellar cooling unit, because it was using R-134a refrigerant, he was very helpful regarding discussing the benefits of installing the ductless house cooling system. I will be contacting you in the near future to get the survey and the quote.

The service man who came to my home was Jamie and he couldn't have been nicer! After he put my new thermostat in he went up to the attic & checked the filter & changed it! Being recently widowed I didn't even think abt that & I appreciate it! So far the air conditioning is working well! Thank-u.

There was a hiccup with second service scheduled but was rectified in the third visit. Both Gregg l and Dave were knowledgable polite and able to fix the problem. I would welcome them back to fix any future problems. Neat too.

Keith identified the problem quickly and came up with simple straightforward solution. After Keith fixed the problem he tested the fix to make sure it would work.
He also provided me with a long term solution and estimate, should this problem re occur.
