        I have been ordering from In The Swim for years. I have not had any problems and will continue to order from them. If anything goes wrong with any of the products, they handle the situation right away. I do not receive that sort of customer service from any other companies, even brick and mortar stores.

        I ordered a winter cover and it ripped after 2 seasons, In The Swim backed up the warranty. The warranty process was quick and painless. In a week or so, I received a brand new cover. HIGHLY recommend this company.
