The staff is so great with my kids. My daughter loves to come to kool smiles. The only one thing I don't like about this place is waiting for about 40 min to go in

I have had appointment @ this office both yesterday for my 7 year old daughter, 1st cavity & my 1o year old today , 1st cavity. The staff, incuding secretaries doctor Graham, dental assistant Ellen, hygentist Stacy & xray tech Felicia were kind, caring, & considerate of any/all issues. I never thou ::) t moving from a private dentist would or could be sush a pleasant experience. Thank you all @ Kool Smiles.

My son enjoy going to Kool Smile due to their friendly staff and professionalism. He never complains while at his appointments and half the time does not want to leave because he's enjoying their play area. Great place for kids as well as adults. They always pay close attention to your needs.

Kool smiles is a wonderful place to get your teeth cleaned and a pretty smile.the workers are nice and makes u feel comfortable..the waiting room is always clean and quiet at times,the wait is never to long but its a gamble if you do have to wait..overall I like it and me and my kids has ben coming here for 4yrs..not to many places in waterbury is clean,friendly and professional so I give them a good job well done..I adore the entire staff keep up the good work...
