I brought my 3 year old to my appointment he was good for awhile but then he started getting bored. One of the assistants named Ellen notice he was getting antsy and asked if she could help out with him. She took him out the room gave him a snack then she took him to play. It was a huge help and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ellen!

Saw Adriana today for my follow up appointment after a deep cleaning... thank you again !my teeth feel great and thanks for recommending waterpik what a difference ..due to this experience my view of dentistry has changed!!!

Unrealistic wait time. Waited over 2 hours just to get in and then the dentist decided after a hour to see my son. My son is 4 years old and was totatly frightened and making him wait for almost 3 hours was absolutely unsatisfactory. There wasn't even many patients there so the wait was just cause they rather chit chat and mingle with other associates then do their job. Won't ever go there again. Shame on you guys!!!

Kool Smiles makes sure that im comfortable with the tools that they use and makes sure im not in any pain. They make sure that everything is working properly and if any pain they'll stop for a while. I like it here.

the town that I lived in none of dentists were kid friendly so happy to have found kool smiles .. All fourof my kids come here ...very happy with experience and service every time

I love taken my kids to Kool Smiles to get there dental work done. The hygienist Stacy and Adriana are very gentle and caring with my girls. It's a kid friendly place so they are not scared. So far no cavities or fillings.

I haven't been so pleased with a dental office in a very long time. I saw Dr. Graham and Adriana who made me feel very comfortable and overcome my fear of the dentist. I recommend this place to everyone!

I was very pleased with how clean the facility is despite all of the kids, and the doctors and nurses were very nice and did a very good job on my teeth. My cavity filling didn't hurt at all.

Time is very bad never got to wait with a three years old for three and half hour, the dentist person have a bad attitude because she by her self on 4-28-2016 , got there 10.15 am got out 12.30 pm, I wil never go back,

I bring my kids to kool smiles all the time and I have went to a different location for myself. I came to kool smiles for myself today for the 1st time and I had Adriana. After viewing the care for my kids and experiencing it for myself today I enjoy the communication and how friendly every one is. Adriana spoke to me every step of the way and explained a lot of details about how to care and what is going on with my teeth and gums.

Great service....my kids got their teeth cleaned and Adriana was nice enough to fit me in also...thank you look smiles

My son loves coming to the Waterbury location. Staff is always friendly and welcoming . They always answer any questions or concerns I may have . I'm very pleased every time .

The experience here was great. Everyone made me laugh and i wasnt as nervous as i am at other places. They listened to what i wanted and gave me recommondations. I love it here!
