CCAP Everett C. Wilcox Health Center

This place has AWFUL costumer service, the staff will sit there see you and literally ignore you and continue chit chatting with the other staff. I've called to make an appointment several attempts and they never answer their phones if I could give this place less than one star I would, both locations Warwick and Cranston have this same issues with these girls working there just talking while patients wait especially the Warwick office the times I was seen at the Warwick location when I went in for my filling they numbed me and I sat there for 45 minutes while they were out in the hall talking spanish mind you I'm spanish and I can tell you that the whole time they talked in spanish was not work related, this happened a few times I am currently looking for a better dentist office with more quality and class. I am currwntly in the process of contaction better business bureau i think if they hired better professional staff that actually cared about the well being of the patients this place would run so much smoother SHAME on the people that hire such SLACKERS!!
