Always have had great experiences here. Both boys have had orthodontics and all dental work done here.

I brought my daughter here for a cleaning, and she ended up having a cavity, so we came back the next day. first off they have family members working there i dont even know if they are licensed. Second theyhurt my daughter badly i thought she was justscared or over reacting but when we left her mouth was all cut up. they shot her up numerous times because they were actually the ones hurting her. her face swelled up 2 days later and she ended up with an infection. they were yelling at her and everything. this is litterally the only complaint ive ever written on any company. if i could sue i would believe me.

Heard that their new manager got fired from her last 2 jobs for having staff tell patients they needed work done that they really didn't so she could drive up business to get a bonus. I stayed clear and went to Pediatric Dental Associates on Atwood Ave in Johnston, which is great! I couldn;'t be happier.Their very knowledgable and safe and they really care about who they have working around their patients!

My friend works there and she told me the dentists there hired a new office manager even though they knew she had complaints filed against her at the Massachusetts Health dept at the previous dental jobs where she worked and that she got fired for VERY serious reasons!!! Don't trust your children with such recklace dentists!!!
