THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD ON MY BRAND NEW CAR AND WONT FESS UP.



I am absolutely livid and cannot believe that they can get away with doing this to customers. Please see Yelp or Facebook for the complete details.

I just left Valencia car wash. I took my car in to have it detailed for $150 and they put a hole in my passenger seat. Sal, the manager, informed me that it happened while scrubbing the leather hard and that it is "normal wear and tear". The hole is the size of a person's finger. Sal offered no compensation at all and was very dismissive whenever I brought up the hole Valencia Carwash put in my passenger seat. I asked to speak with the owner, asked if the owner had a card or any contact information available. Sal said if I was dealing with anyone, he was the manager and I'd be dealing with him. Do not go to Valencia Carwash. They put a hole in my leather seat, admitted they did, and refused to do anything about it. Thanks Sal.

I have had 3 incidents here of poor service. All the way up to the manager who wanted to charge me 150 buck for a detail I can get elsewhere for half that. Cross Valley at the Arco on Valencia and Bouquet did it for 59 dollars,



Valencia Car Wash has a great location, but they clearly do not need or want anyone's business. After asking around I found everyone in my wife's Van Pool had had bad experiences there as well, not just the few other reviewing here.

DON'T GO THERE FOR A HANDCAR WASH! The Tony Danza look alike manager proceeded to tell me that it is normal for the handcar wash to have bird poop on your car and for the workers to rub it in along with the waters spots into your car as they dry the car in the sun. The manager said, "It's too hot to hand wash your black car. We have no shade to dry your car in to prevent the water drying and leaving soap suds stains." I pointed out several places to dry the car in the shade and he proceeded to tell me why it was better to let the car go through the automatic machine wash with the softener water versus a handwash. Never mind, that the employee stopped midway towel drying the car and was no where to be seen. In so many words he called me a fool to pay extra for a handwash $35.00 and told me to, "Get out of HERE!" I got my money back first. NEVER GAIN!

I got my oil changed and they did a great job and I got a free car wash. They only informed me about my car and didn't try the old hard sell.
