Soapy Suds Carwash

I was refused service today because of the contents of this post made on Yelp.
Started coming here with a desire to see my vehicle cleaned and that I have recently moved out of a private residence and into a apartment complex. That doesn't allow any sort of maintenance to be preformed in the vehicle bays. Unfortunately this place is no better then any of the multitude of junk spots that do nothing but damage your mode of transportation. They will fail you completely here in all areas. Clean the rims of brake dust build up? Nope missed that. Didn't air jet the whole vehicle so that water trapped inside the vehicles panels sprays back all over the exterior. Nope they didn't bother to be diligent in there work. How about workers who understand what your asking. If they have to dry your vehicle anywhere lower then there knees. It will not be properly dried. Place is also far to busy during the weekends.

You may be considering going to this place because you've heard how automated car washes can damage your vehicles exterior. While this place claims to be a all hand wash facility. That is only true by definition. They got two non English speaking Americans in the car wash tunnel. Who probably haven't change the sponges they've used on the last 50 vehicles that passed by them while chained to there post. No tips for those poor sobs. They do offer hand washing services. Means only they didn't run it through the tunnel. Cheapest wash you can get is eight dollar wash. For no interior clean and no extra cost for Tire(Rubber)treatment.

Unfortunately this place is the only place who can claim to not run your vehicle through a scrubber and thus is your only alternative in the SCV area. Other then a drive up self wash.

If your children like to watch the car pass through the tunnel and being washed. You can forget it. They don't clean the viewing window and theirs lots of clutter and not much room to view cars from. So little space to stand and see out of.

All I have to say is there is not a place in SCV that will do a adequate job in cleaning your vehicle. Which is BS as I have to keep my Car clean as apartment complex policy states. Not to mention that a failure to clean the vehicle completely and without fault is mandatory for this place to be legitimately generating income.

Wash it yourself. Or going anywhere else for the same terrible quality wash and damage to your vehicle.

enployes at soapy suds have been driving past were i live honking their horns for the past year and a half these enployes live in palmdale i soon will be filing charges becuase there are over6 enployes involved

I will never take my new truck to Soapy Suds ever again. While the truck was inside the washing tunnel, a car wash employee put a hand size dent in the roof of my new truck while trying to scrub the roof. I told the supervisor and he denied that the damage was their fault. The truck was brand new and did not have the dent prior to going into the car wash. The damage is definately their fault and it will not be an easy fix and I am sick to my stomach that I took my new truck to this car wash. Will never go back. If you have a new car, do not take it here.

Sometimes they do a good job, but it seem like it's only when they're slow. I also agree with the other reviewer who said " If you have a nice car beware!!!!!!!"

Horrible!, Scratched my new mustang convertable! The owner will not back up his work!!!! his emplyees Joy rode my car when i wasn't around. If you have a nice car beware!!!!!!! dishonest!!!!
