Expert Roofing

What a great experience! Dan Bratcher was very professional and knowledgeable. Wife and I had heard of many horror stories when it came to roofing contractors. Dan put us at ease and let us know all of our options not just for the roof, but for our construction of our home giving us the best ventilation and efficiency. He went over different different vents. We ended up going with ridge vents which look great. Highly recommend Expert Roofing if you want piece of mind that your home will be protected for years to come.

I had several contractors give me a bid and I was impressed with the knowledge that the gentleman from Expert had. They did a great job on our home, especially the clean up. Their workers were very polite and the foreman was easy to deal with. I would recommend this company.

This company sold me an "upgrade" for my roof that later turned out not to be appropriate for my type of house. It therefore caused improper ventilation. The owner of the company was quite nice when he excepted my check. He was also nice when he assured me that I was getting the best roof possible. After turning on my whole house fan and not even getting a breeze through the house, we realized there was a problem. This is where the owner became not so nice. I had to call the manufacturer and other roofing companies to find out my house was not the type of house the "upgrade" was designed for. The manufacturer of the product was great and offered to pay for materials to fix it. The owner of the roofing company said he would fix it for $200.00 additional. I wanted it fixed, so i reluctently agreed. The roofer called several months later telling me he was going to roof the house behind me and would fix mine at the same time. He did not. I have had to contact the BBB, and the Attorney Generals Office Of Consumer Protection. I still wait for the problem to be rectified. It's been close to a year. Don't fall for this companies slick "upgrade" add-ons. They do not know about the products they are selling. The owner is very rude and will admit no mistake, even though the manufacturers themselves have said it is so.
