It doesn’t get any better than Dultmeier roofing from the initial estimate to the final product. I had occasion to contact them twice on their website and each time they responded in less than an hour. The skylight they ordered was top of the line and installed very quickly and professionally. They even did some sealing on roof vents at no charge. What my wife really appreciated is when the men showed up and knocked on the door—when she opened the door he was standing back off the steps on the patio. This uncommon courtesy put her at ease and she did not feel intimidated in the least. The two men were clean cut, friendly and did great job cleaning up. Great job, men! Thanks.

We contacted Jim over two years ago to help diagnose a leak, and he ensured we got another few years out of our roof before replacing it this year. This was the first roof we've ever had to replace, and Jim did a great job explaining the process and the expected costs. When unexpected issues arose as they started tearing the roof off, he patiently explained each option, including the pros and cons, and made sure we were comfortable with the path forward. His crew did great work...fast, but still quality. When they were done they left the area as clean as could be. We're sorry to hear that Jim is retiring, but he's leaving everything in good hands with Justin and David. Thanks for taking such good care of us!!

Dultmeier crew was superb. Left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. Jim was great about checking in frequently to make sure all was going as expected. He even fixed a spot on my guttering that he felt would cause problems down the road. Great company!

We had Dultmeier roofing do our roof, shed and covered porch. They did a superior job, very punctual, they completed the job in one day. When they were complete they did a very thorough job at making sure everything was picked up and left as they found the yard. We had our roof done by Dultmeier Roofing. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. First of all, Jim took the time to put a tarp on my roof to cover our roof damage from the storm to prevent any further damage. Also recommended I had my chimney looked at before I did any roof work. I ended up needing a new chimney and Pierce Logan Masonry did a great job putting in my new chimney. Rebuilt chimney down to the roof and then I had my roof done. They helped with the insurance company by faxing and calling them and explained to us how the entire insurance process worked. The crew did a great job and did a great job of trying to pick up all the nails. In my case the crew I had finished my roof in one day. I even needed new gutters. The storm pulled out over a third of the nails to my old gutters. Fox Seamless Guttering & Exteriors from Holton, Kansas did a great job as well of putting in new gutters. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

My landlord had Dultmeier Roofing reroof the rental we are in. The crew came in, stripped off the roof and re-roofed the house and garage before I got home from work. The cleanup was so good, I couldn't even tell anyone had been there except for the new roof. Excellent job!!
