Tri City Service repaired my Kenmore french door refrigerator and I couldn't be more "pleased"! They called me before showing up, They wore professional uniforms, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, gave me a great price for my repairs, and I found them to be Honest and full of integrity. Demonstrated some features I didn't know my fridge had!! I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Tri City Service repaired my Samsung refrigerator when two other appliance repair companies could NOT!! I read all of their great reviews on the internet and decided to give them a try. WOW! Fantastic appliance repair company. I'm new to the Temple area and had no clue who to call for service. I found this company on the internet and read their fabulous reviews. I have a Maytag computerized washer that quit draining. Tri City Service repaired it in less than an hour. Treated me as if they knew me for years!! These guys are terrific and since I'm a student I received a discount. Highly recommended, I'd give them more stars IF I could!!!!

I called this company looking for help repairing my LG dryer. What I received was way beyond any of my expectations! The owner, Max, spent 45 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting my dryer. He guided me step by step until the problem was solved. It was an operations type issue and NOT a REPAIR issue. Where in the world would you EVER find service like this?? I begged Max to allow me to pay him for his time but he told me to donate whatever money to the charity of MY choice....which I gladly did....in HIS company's name!! God bless you Tri City Service. HIGHLY recommended to anyone!!!!

WOW! I've lived in Temple Texas for almost 50 years. I own a Samsung French door refrigerator which is very "high tech". I called several area appliance repair places but no one wanted to work on it!!! I then called Lowes here in Temple and they directed me to call Tri City Service. They are so knowledgeable and repaired my Samsung refrigerator that day. Such wonderful service and great people too. HIGHLY recommended.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this company. I had two other Killeen appliance repair company's tell me my front load Electrolux washer was not repairable, I called Tri City Service because one of my co workers highly recommended them, I'm so GLAD I did, this company repaired my washer and it's running like new again!! WHY call "anybody" else?? You guys are my hero!!!!

My husband is deployed and I called this company to repair our Kenmore washer. We have a large family and I needed the washer fixed ASAP. I must say I had a "hard" time believing all these 5 star reviews could possibly be legitimate but after using their services I can honestly say they deserve all the positive feedback because they "truly" EARN them!! Being military I was anxious not knowing what company I could trust getting my Samsung dryer repaired. I searched the internet and found all of these 5 star reviews on Tri City Service. I live in Harker Heights and asked my neighbor if he knew anything about this company. He said his wife Karen and him have used this company on several appliances and found them to be honest, friendly, and reliable........and so did I. A coworker recommended this company to me and I was very glad he did. My Samsung refrigerator quit cooling, I called Tri City @7:00AM and my refrigerator was repaired at 1:30PM......THE SAME DAY!!!! I called this company to repair my refrigerator @ 9:30AM and it was repaired by 1:30PM....The SAME DAY!! Now that's service! I am 78 years old and they also gave me a discount to boot! PLEASE call this company they are very friendly and extremely courteous. God Bless.

Great company, Great repair prices! Came out the same day and repaired my Maytag washer. Never tried to sell me things that were not needed. Fast and professional too!
