I called this company because of the wonderful reviews I read online. Initially the response was excellent and the repairmen came out promptly. However, I have a stackable washer and repairman said it would have to be unstacked: not a terrible problem. I also had the repairman tell my husband why the washer was not going to be serviced that day. Because the servicemen said I couldn't reschedule for the same day, I assured them I would call and reschedule the next day. I had the dryer taken down and called TriCity to reschedule. As I previously said the early response was excellent by phone and text message, but after a few days of no response at all, I began to realize I was being ignored. I could understand a phone call or a text message stating: we are so busy we can't possibly schedule anymore repairs. But to be ignored is really bad service.

I chose this company due to their vast number of excellent on=line reviews. So glad that I called them, they were true professionals in everything they did. Great service, great people. Thanks guys, I found my "Go to" appliance repair company!

Highly recommended by Lowes of Temple where I purchased my Frigidaire refrigerator, I called Tri City Service to come repair my fridge after it quit making ice. The service I received was OUTSTANDING!! Fast SAME DAY service and very reasonable repair prices. This company is super good. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Called Tri City Service, recommended by Lowes of Temple. They repaired my Samsung front load washer and it runs like new again. This company gives the best value for my dollar. I have used several "other" appliance repair companies but NONE of them gave me the level of customer service provided by Tri City Service. Prompt, Professional, Friendly and fair prices too! My Bosch dishwasher needed repair help, not draining the water! Read tons of positive reviews on this company and called them. I contacted Tri City Service due to all the positive reviews I found on line. My Samsung dryer quit heating and it's Saturday!! Even though they were booked solid for the day they found a way to service my dryer. It is evident that this company CARES about customer service. I called Tri City Service on a Saturday morning (7:30am!), to my suprise someone answered the phone. My Whirlpool refrigerator went on the fritz after a recent lightning storm. They scheduled me for that SAME morning without any extra charges!!! My fridge was repaired an hour later, these guys are my heros. They are professional, extremely friendly, courteous, and know what they're doing!! I will tell the world about my experience with this company!!!!!! WOW WOW WOW!

WOW! Fantastic appliance repair company. I'm new to the Temple area and had no clue who to call for service. I found this company on the internet and read their fabulous reviews. I have a Maytag computerized washer that quit draining. Tri City Service repaired it in less than an hour. Treated me as if they knew me for years!! These guys are terrific and since I'm a student I received a discount. Highly recommended, I'd give them more stars IF I could!!!!

I called this company looking for help repairing my LG dryer. What I received was way beyond any of my expectations! The owner, Max, spent 45 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting my dryer. He guided me step by step until the problem was solved. It was an operations type issue and NOT a REPAIR issue. Where in the world would you EVER find service like this?? I begged Max to allow me to pay him for his time but he told me to donate whatever money to the charity of MY choice....which I gladly did....in HIS company's name!! God bless you Tri City Service. WOW! I've lived in Temple Texas for almost 50 years. I own a Samsung French door refrigerator which is very "high tech". I called several area appliance repair places but no one wanted to work on it!!! I then called Lowes here in Temple and they directed me to call Tri City Service. They are so knowledgeable and repaired my Samsung refrigerator that day. Such wonderful service and great people too. HIGHLY recommended.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this company. I had two other Killeen appliance repair company's tell me my front load Electrolux washer was not repairable, I called Tri City Service because one of my co workers highly recommended them, I'm so GLAD I did, this company repaired my washer and it's running like new again!! WHY call "anybody" else?? You guys are my hero!!!!

My husband is deployed and I called this company to repair our Kenmore washer. We have a large family and I needed the washer fixed ASAP. I must say I had a "hard" time believing all these 5 star reviews could possibly be legitimate but after using their services I can honestly say they deserve all the positive feedback because they "truly" EARN them!!
