Ed and his team were referred to us by a well-known Tampa special occasion dress shop after a very unfortunate occurrence with our daughter's special prom dress. Oil was spilled onto the entire dress, then someone tried to save it by sprinkling baby powder all over the dress. It was a complete disaster. We truly expected the dress was a total loss. It had actually rubberized from the combination of oil and powder. It was in every crevice. As a Mom, my heart broke for my daughter because this prom is her last special evening with her friends prior to us moving thousands of miles away. I wanted it to be special for her. We could not afford to replace this original, brand new, dress. Ed called me a few times to update me on his progress with trying his best to do what he could. He was so wonderful to call me prior to the long weekend, so as not to leave me hanging or worrying. Upon picking up the dress, I sobbed. He truly performed a miracle! The dress could not have looked any better and I truly believe there is nobody out there who would have even attempted to help us with it in the first place. I cannot thank Ed and his staff enough for all the effort they put into restoring my daughter's dress. If anyone can fix or clean it, it's Royal Cleaners of Tampa! Thank you so much!!!
