Day before yesterday we moved to our new home. Though moving is a very painful job but we did not actually felt the heat of the move because of Great American Moving & Storage. They were so professional that we did not even bother to monitor during the proceedings. They showed up on time, wrapped, loaded and moved everything at the designated place, unboxed and stored everything. During the whole process we did not find any mistake by these fine movers. They completed the job within the quoted time, charged within the quoted amount and kept their commitments. It was really a great experience using them.

I called Great American; they had very Friendly customer service.



They came the next day, on time, and began wrapping all of my furniture in blankets and bubble wrap, to ensure that it would not break.

They gently loaded everything into the truck, and drove to my new office, which was in California. They arrived 5 days later and began unloading the truck. They put everything where



I wanted it to go, and my expensive Plasma TV and High-end Computer were in perfect condition, along with everything else.

Their price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend these movers!

Moving can be one of the most stressful events in your life. Due to the nature of my work, we have had to move quite a bit over the years. We understand all the aspects of a successful move... I guess you could say we are experts at moving :)

Few days ago my wife and I were looking for a very good moving company. So, we checked in the net and found Great American Moving & Storage. We saw some great reviews and decided to call them. After discussing the move with their sales guy, we decided to hire them because the deal was very attractive. However, movers showed up on time and they were simply the best at what they were doing. We did the packing; they moved and stored all our belongings in no time! Surprisingly nothing was damaged, broken or lost. We were really pleased to get the wonderful service. Recently I moved to a new apartment with my wife. Just to avoid the hassles we decided to hire professional movers. One of my friends first told us about Great American Moving & Storage. Then I called them and talked with their sales rep and finalized the deal. Movers did a brilliant job. They were very efficient. They moved the glass shelves and the heavy furniture with great care and accuracy. When we checked after the move, we did not find a single scratch on anything. Everything was perfect and in proper order. To be very honest, we got a lot more than our anticipation.

It was simply an awesome experience with them. Their movers came on time, packed and moved all the stuffs very carefully and in no time. When I checked the inventory I saw everything was in proper order and in perfect condition. Though they were not so cheap but they were quite affordable. I would like to recommend Great American Moving & Storage to everyone who is looking to hire quality movers within a moderate budget.

Like many others I did use several movers in the past and never experienced a perfect move or an affordable service. But yesterday was a different day for me because yesterday I got not only a picture move but also an affordable one. Movers showed their class and extreme control over the situation during the entire move. I liked the way they accomplished the task. There was no scope of complain. They were so efficient and accurate that we did not get any chance to complain. From packing till moving and storing everything was simply flawless. Overall, I would say that they have given me a perfect move at a very reasonable price.

Eventually he pointed out my requirements and offered me a very great deal. The quote was within my budget. The owner called me before the day of the move and movers also came on time. They were organized, focused and very efficient. They took the complete responsibility of the move. Guys did very well to wrap the fragile items, moved all those heavy furniture using the stair ways and kept attention to the safety of my stuffs. They completed the job before the schedule and charged less than the quoted amount. Condition of my inventory was perfect. I am really impressed with their superb service.

There are many companies to hire for the moves but only some among all these companies are actually deliver good service and Great American Moving & Storage is one of those few companies. Last month my brother-in-law used them for his move and just a week ago I used them for my move to Kansan from Washington. When I was looking to hire a good and cheap moving company that time my brother-in-law told me to use Great American Moving & Storage and he gave me their number. I called them, talked with their sales rep about the move; he too asked me many questions to get a clear idea about the move and later offered me a very good deal. I booked their service. Their movers arrived on time and they had the complete preparation for the move. Movers were in full control over the situation. They did not even take any rest. I liked the way they approached about the move. They were focused, committed, punctual, efficient and quick. It was a very happy move in the end. I got everything that I asked for. All my belongings were in great condition after the move. I am also very happy with the amount that I had to pay them.

This is the first time I am reviewing any company. Actually they left me with no other options but to recommend them. I have recently used Great American Moving & Storage for a very critical move. It was an office move and there were many requirements to fulfill. I was especially worried about small but expensive office accessories plus it was really important to store all the items properly at the new location. But they were better than the task. They showed how professional movers should be. Everything was done beautifully. I did not get any chance to find errors. I am also quite happy with the amount that they charged. I do recommend this fine company.

I thank the sales team and the movers of Great American Moving & Storage for providing me the best possible price and service while I was moving to North Dakota from Washington. They were just flawless. Movers had the full control over the whole proceedings. They never looked confused, shaky or out of sorts. They had their certain plan and they kept on following the checklist. It was a very stress free move, which was completed within the initial quote and schedule. I hardly had to monitor them. They were just awesome during the entire move. I also appreciate the way the interacted with my kid and pet. Thanks a lot guys for what you have done.

I had a great experience with Great American. They weren't the cheapest but I just had a feeling they wouldn't tack on additional fees at the end. What made me happy though (and kept me from stressing too much) was the excellent customer service I got from Carlos, who helped coordinate my move.



I moved from Washington to California. On the pick-up day, there were 3 movers and they arrived an hour earlier than expected. I wasn't quite finished packing but I glad to get an early start nonetheless.



What stressed me out was coordinating the move with my (admittedly picky) building I was moving into. I had to reserve a day, provide proof of insurance from Great American, get an accurate estimate of my movers' arrival, and have Great American sign and return a Movers' form. Thanks to the awesome customer service I received all requests were handled seamlessly.

Distance between Washington to Ohio is huge. So, it was obvious that chances of receiving broken or damaged things were quite high. I was mentally ready to encounter some errors but I was hoping that they would be able to keep the count low. When I saw the inventory after the move I was completely surprised because movers of Great American Moving & Storage actually pulled out a miracle. There was nothing which was broken or damaged and nothing was missing. They also completed the move within the schedule and charged within the quoted amount. It was a complete different experience for me because most of the professional movers are expert in bleach of agreement. However, I thank their sales rep and the movers for a wonderful move.

I do not know how to thank Great American Moving & Storage properly because they have done an excellent job for me while moving to Florida from Washington. Their sales rep offered me such a deal that I could not say “no” to him. He also ensured that there will be no hidden cost involved. Movers played their role more than just efficiently. They arrived on time with all necessary tools and packing materials. Movers packed my stuffs nicely and did really well to move all my belongings at the right place within the given time and without any damage. Well done guys.

Recently we have moved to Oregon from Washington using Great American moving & storage. It was a sudden decision of using this company. Actually I booked another moving company at the beginning but when they tried to double the moving cost just one day before the move I cancelled them and randomly hired Great American moving & storage. I had no idea about them. So, it was a gamble for me which paid off in the end. Their movers showed what they are capable off. They arrived on time, kept their cool, stayed calm and focused, worked collectively, went about the task in an organized manner, never panicked, never looked to be in hurry, wrapped everything nicely and boxed, moved all our belongings to Oregon without damaging anything and within the schedule and charged a very moderate amount. So, in the end it was a move which was smooth as silk and which did not cost me much. I do recommend this company.

I recently hired this moving company to move my house from Washington to California, at the beginning I was not sure if this was the right company. Since was my first time moving, I needed a reliable company, therefore I did an extensive research in the internet. After we found Great American and contacted them over the phone, I knew that everything will go alright. Their Customer Service Department is great and committed, after scheduling the move, they showed up at my door with a moving crew, wrapped everything carefully and loaded the truck in 4 hours. My delivery was better, everything came intact and nice, I tipped them with $25 each and gave them beverages and pizza. The deserved it, Great Job Great American.

had never used movers before and we were very scared to be taken advantage of or they wouldn't do their job properly. Picked Great American because of the high rating on this site, however, some more digging revealed that some of these reviews do seem faked as others have pointed out (which I didn't like) We still went with Great American because I figured they couldn't all be fake and would have had more negative reviews.



I wasn't dissapointed. Between Carlos always answering my questions quickly and without hesitation to the actual move it was a pleasant experience. Ron the moving specialist set up for our items to be prepped the night before our move. While they came early, the guys (led by John) did a great job and even gave us our wardrobe boxes early which helped A LOT! I liked Jose and asked if he was coming the next day, he told me he couldn't guarantee it.

Well anyway, the next morning Jose and 2 new guys did show up. They moved very quickly and efficiently. They handled all the items with care. We had to leave early to go to Santa Barbara to sign our new lease, so my parents stayed with the movers until they finished.



I know it was a long day for them, as they then drove 4 hours to our new apartment and unloaded all the items. To top it off, it started raining pretty heavily. We gave them doughnuts/coffee, pizza/soda, and they seemed very appreciative.



I just want to thank Great American for providing a good moving experience.

Everyone I dealt with from Great American is professional and responds to voicemail messages and email in a timely fashion. They gave me a flat rate estimate over the phone, and they kept their word about cost and delivery time frames. In addition, they always happily answered any questions and addressed any concerns that we had. All in all, they really help make me feel at ease about moving.



The movers were focused and clearly experienced based on the way that they expedited our move. Great American came highly recommended to us by a friend, and now I would like to highly recommend them to everyone else.

This company stands out from the rest. Their quote is fully inclusive and what they don't cover they tell you about and if you have any queries, they are answered immediately by any medium you choose (telephone/email/etc). They moved my belongings from Washington to California to a Storage unit, I was at the delivery location just to inspect the delivery but I realized that I spent the money to travel over there in vane, everything was just perfect and intact.



I really enjoyed the experience and definitely will contact them again to deliver my goods. Thanks Great American, I really appreciated.
