Great American Moving & Storage did a great job on my move from California to Washington. The sales rep gave me the right price and guaranteed my belongings when it was needed. He was available anytime I had any questions and followed up with me throughout my move. I had four estimates prior to booking these guys and all the other companies gave me ridiculous prices. The staff was very professional and fast pace. I was very satisfied with my move and want to thank you guys for the wonderful work.

Moving from one state to another is always demands a lot. I had to go for professionals. So, I decided to use great american moving & storage out of many options because they offered us the best price and did not ask for any advance payment plus they are a very reputed company. The team which dealt with my move proved that I took a wise decision of using them. They arrived on time, nicely maneuvered the moves, packed my stuffs with great care, loaded nicely and delivered everything in great condition at the other end. I am really happy with their service and price as well.

Well, so far not a good experience with this company. Had to pay an up front amount, then was told no "unexpected" expense than what was told prior to the move. Well, that is not the case with this move. And, my son still does not have his stuff. They also didn't look at the "original" invoice to see what they were supposed to pick up, then when they picked up, they didn't check again to see they were not picking up some of those items. All around right now, I am very disappointed in this moving company.

After calling several companies to compare prices, Great American Moving & Storage was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone. A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from their sales rep just to see if we had any questions about the quote. He was friendly, NOT pushy. 2 other companies that we talked to, and one even came out to the house to do an estimate, never followed up at all! Even when our moving date got move up by a week, Great American Moving & Storage got us in with no hassle. The crew was incredibly friendly and hard working. They were on time and got the job done earlier than expected! We highly recommend.

Great American Moving & Storage exceeded our expectations! We had a 3 bedroom home and two large storage units to move to another state--our most challenging move ever. They worked with us to manage the cost to fit within our budget--two of their trucks plus one we rented, with their crew loading and unloading all 3 trucks. The actual cost came in about 20% under the final estimate, which was great--usually these things go the other way! Since the move took several days we had a couple members of the 5-man crew change before the final crew of arrived at our new house on the last day. All were hard-working, careful, and fast. So far we have found only one damaged item, a loose ornamental shelf with a broken finial. Here again Great American Moving exceeded our expectations; we thought more items would be damaged in transit. We had one especially delicate item - a grandfather clock which worked perfectly upon reassembly.

I hardly move / relocate because I just hate to relocate. But I had to move from Oklahoma to Washington for the sake of my parents. I decided to give the complete package to a good moving company. I searched in the net, talked with several companies and finally decided to go with great american moving & storage. They were not the cheapest but they seemed to be the most professionals of the lot. Now after moving to Washington I can say that I made the right choice of using great american moving & storage. They did a terrific job. The way they packed my belongings and moved them was something special. They showed that nothing is impossible. They have taken good care of my furniture and the other fragile stuffs, and made sure that I do not have to deal with any unwanted delay or other issues. Thanks for the outstanding support.

I never thought of having such a smooth and stress free move because I booked them at the last minute when the original company did not show up. They have not only offered us a better deal, they also made sure that I receive all my belongings at the other end within the allotted time and without any damage. The team called me half an hour before my scheduled pick up and asked if they could come early or if I needed to wait until the scheduled time. I was ready to get the show on the road and they were there right away. Getting started early?! Not at all, what I expected and a great start to the experience. A pleasant introduction was preceded by wrapping of my furniture and taking good care of all items. All the furniture of my three bedrooms was packed and loaded into the truck in less than five hours. Small moves can become very tricky sometimes. When I hired Great American Moving & Storage they never dealt the matter with fewer responsibilities because it was small move. They gave my move with equal importance similar to a huge move. The team arrived on time. But my last move was a long distance move, so I was little worried. But the team proved that they are masters in all departments.
