        bad customer service mainly due to general manger Lee Nichols unprofessionalism. i will never bring my business to this store again

        You call the number and you get placed on hold to be connected with rep. and get left there, 25mins later still no rep. I will take my business else where. But this wasn't my first bad visit with them. Thought maybe after a few years things would have gotten better, NOPE!!!!
