Brian and everyone that work there are amazing. We have had to call and get help with my daughters alarm system. Every time they have been nothing but professional and very helpful. Let me tell you we have had to bug them a few times and they never have made us feel like we were a burden. These guys are the best

Very unhappy with the services from this place. I had a faceplate installed to replace the stock faceplate in my truck. Manager explained that I would lose the ability to play music after the keys are removed from the ignition. I thought, okay thats no big deal. However, he failed to mention that I would also lose the chimes associated with every other function in my truck. Seatbelt chime... Gone. Keys in ignition chime... Gone. Headlights on chime... Gone. Door open chime... gone. With the door open and the keys in the ignition, my truck makes a fuzzy clicking sound until the door shuts. Now after locking my keys in my truck (because they're in the ignition) five times, I called to ask what the heck? The manager told me I'd have to pay another $125 to have those features reinstalled. I'm pissed. I paid to have a semi decent faceplate put in and lose every sound function in my truck. You should never LOSE features when ADDING something to your stereo system. Avoid being ripped off and yanked around by these guys. Go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

Called around town and they had the best price for my cars. Everyone else seemed high and wanted to sell me things I didn't really want like GPS and a rear camera in my mirror.
