Hit Promotional Products Inc

Recently ordered some promotional products for a non profit via a third party though HIT Promo. When the product arrived, the logo was so small it was barely legible. When our rep informed HIT promo they said it's because the photo in their marketing book we ordered from was in accurate and was not true to size. Which was false advertising on their part. We are currently re-running them on a different product of theirs that according to them will accommodate the size of the logo as portrayed in the image. Unfortunately, that product is 10 cents more expensive. I thought surely they would cover that cost because of the false advertisement that lead to an incorrect production run, stress and weeks of delay due to reprinting - however, I was wrong. They refused to honor the original price to compensate for their false marketing and all of the hassle it caused. This is incredibly poor customer service and sadly my only recompense is to make sure it is posted on all of the social review sites warning future customers. The sad thing is these are for a non profit helping women escape the sex trade and it's more important to them to make the extra 10 cents than to operate with any sort of integrity.
