What started out as a great experience, turned into a very frustrating one. We were promised things that just didn't happen. When we switched over, in a refinancing, we were told we'd save money on our loan each month, it was minuscule at best - less than what we were told. We knew there was a chance for some difference, but not that.

We then thought we would let it slide and agree that it was nice to skip two payments. Well, turns out they said we needed to start paying in November (fine) and they would reimburse our Sep. payments. Things took longer than they anticipated and it didn't process as fast as they originally thought. Which was fine, because we anticipated a reimbursement check. We had two loans, they reimbursed us for one ($45), but not the other much larger amount. Instead, they put it into the loan, so we only were skipping one payment. Which we will likely never see, as this isn't our forever home.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but the extra payment would have been nice to have as savings. All this would have been fine, if we had been told this up front. We are very understanding and easy to work with, but this was not communicated to us. When we called to ask what happened, we called several times, and couldn't get a hold of our loan officer, even emailed.

Received no email reply, but finally after a week got a call back to tell us they did something different than he thought and sorry there was nothing they could do. I HATE leaving bad reviews, but this one left us with a bad taste in our mouths. We work hard for our money, and hoped for a better experience.
