Powerco Solar

Hello… I purchased my system from Powerco Solar on April 3.

Here it is.. July 6 and I finally got the meter put in by the electric company. And after 3 months.. (not three week like I was told)... it finally looks like I have solar power..power box is on though the electricity is showing powered by Rocky Mountain.

The sales person will not respond. Email address is invalid.. both phone numbers online are invalid. Who provides service?

I am supposed to have an app to determine if the system is working. Solaredge is what I was told to use.. though It is asking information that I do not have. The panel outside has power on light on. Comm light occasionally blinks. The new meter has arrows going to the right.. which Mountain Power told me that the electric company is providing the power if it is going to the right. And this is at 2pm in the afternoon.. so something must not be working or not understood.

When I purchased the system… I was told my house would be weatherized. This did not happen to what I was told.

I was told the recessed lights would be taped in the attic. This never happened. I was told the ducts would be sealed. This never happened. Having a truck come here and blow 15 minutes worth of insulation into the attic and a good share of the time… no insulation was moving through the tubes.. I know because I was watching via security camera. Somebody got paid.. now.. ignore the client.

It is only 86 outside and I cannot keep my main living area cool….and the air conditioner has been certified working. It is plenty cool everywhere else in the home.

Do I need to get a professional company in here to do the job I expected you guys to do? Weatherize... make my home energy efficient? I was told that upwards of 20% would be used for this purpose inclusive of the commissions of the unit and labor.

If I had the means to have this all uninstalled and give it back to you… I would…

Sincerely…. Disgusted!!!
