The billing problem at this Sutter heal center, actually talking to representative there is not helpful to manage pay sometime.

Also Once agreed to pay the bill received two months later from medical check up and it was informed as " WIll be covered by your insurance" by the representative

but it was not covered. We can not find if our insurance cover all check up process or not, Even percentage of coverage is not found previously before determination to take a medical check up or not.

Surpirse bill later reach to people often, according to other people's stories too.

Then anyway once agreed to pay receive a bill for a while.

And I don't know last bill was sent a third party a kind of recovery fund Inc.

and we could not receive more than 8 months for a small amount of $60.

The letter shows need to talk to Federal cogvernment about the debt etc.

But is that necessary step to hold 8 months by a third party ?



I don't understand the system and No thanks any more.

I need to know which hospital is bright to give us a right feeling for whole process.
