Concentra Urgent Care

My work sent me to this facility due to it's proximity to the office. There was only one doctor on staff that day and unfortunately he was not at all interested in easing my pain or even attempting to assist. This was the biggest waste of time for not only myself, but also for my company. This is not a quality healthcare facility, and it is for that particular reason that I requested to go to a different medical center for my work related injury. I have also spread the word throughout my company about the lack of patient care and service provided by Dr. Banos which has now resulted in our company going through another medical facility for industrial injuries.
